(And I was being VERY reasonable, giving them 2+ weeks between phone calls, being extremely patient and polite, etc.) Every time I spoke with the owner, she said she had just gotten back from vacation, so be happy knowing that you're financing her long vacations shopping here. At NO point, did either the store owner or worker ever use the terms "thank you" or "sorry". The owner actually said to me, "I want to figure this out so I can just be done." They made it seem like it was my fault that this happened and it took almost 2 months to resolve. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. (Although the rich, white women who shop there may have a different experience -- see the groupon reviews for more discrimination.) The stuff the sell is nice, but overpriced. The clothes only go up to 12months and everything you buy from there smells like the overpriced donuts they sell next door. Go elsewhere where people are kind and appreciate your business.

Toddler sizes... almost nothing. Not worth my time to look at one table of toddler size clothing. The nail in the coffin was my stop this afternoon. I thought I would stop here first, head to Kohl's and/or Carter's if I can't find anything here (since these stores are in the same strip mall). I was looking for some toddler pants BTW. I found a couple, good quality pants for my daughter. However, the signs baiting me in the store said 50-60% off winter clearance. Not one thing I saw in the store had these prices. I saw signs for 25% off only. Ok, there might be something if you reeeeeally look for it, but especially nothing in the toddler sizes. Disappointing. I wish that was the worst. But unfortunately this store needs to train their employees better. I was incredibly disheartened to hear a male worker and a female worker speak quite badly about a woman customer they had earlier that day. The woman apparently bought some baby clothes here for her daughter's baby doll. The employees ripped her apart for spending $ on real kids clothes for a doll. I guess I get where they were coming from, but 1) the lady gave your store some business 2) you were talking unnecessarily horribly about her IN FRONT OF ME AND OTHER CUSTOMERS. I brought back 2 items today (January 14th) and was told that all items had to be returned by January 10th. No exceptions. And what really shocked me was that they wouldn't even give store credit.
