I called several places who did not have appointments until April and the majority of them said they don't do cleanings on the initial visit. I called Hamburg Expressions and explained my situation, they were able to get me in the next day. From the time I arrived until my visit ended, my experience was amazing. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and kind. The atmosphere was relaxing and the space I was in was clean. I received a very thorough cleaning, I did not feel like they were rushing me out the door, like I have felt at other places. Even my 8 year old who was with me said, she wanted to go there too! I can definitely say I found my regular dentist, I scheduled my 6 month appointment, and can't wait to go back! I would highly recommend!

It is now 5/23, and after multiple attempts to contact accounting and repeated requests for a callback, I have never once received a return call. My first follow-up call was on 4/8. I was told refunds take around a month to process, and I specifically asked for confirmation on whether the check had been sent, as I was unaware it would be mailed. No one ever called me back. I called several more times afterward and was repeatedly told that messages were being placed on accounting's desk, yet I still never received any communication. I also submitted an online request, which went unanswered as well. This is my first negative review. I'm relatively patient and understanding, but the complete lack of communication and urgency regarding returning a customer's money is unacceptable. Holding onto $450 for nearly two months with no follow-up or transparency shows a serious lack of care and professionalism. I do want to add that the hygienist and dentist we worked with were amazing. Unfortunately, the establishment itself lacks communication and compassion when it comes to handling refunds and customer concerns.

Most night guards, crowns, retainers , etc can be made without the need for traditional impression materials. The saying " a picture is worth a 1000 words" holds true when you see a leaking filling or a fractured tooth on the screen when a special intra-oral camera is used during the exam. Maybe best of all, dental injections can be avoided when cavities are diagnosed and treated early using the dental laser. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable and caring. Because I wanted to go to church on Sunday, I used dental glue to put them back on the partial. I did pretty good, but they just weren't quite right. I called ThoroughDent Smiles and got an appointment with my dentist who I had seen before, Dr. Neda. She thought I had glued them back together pretty good, but I explained to her that they were really old, and I was interested in getting a new partial depending on cost and whether I had to use that goop to do the impression. She told me about a different way they do partials, where they don't use the metal, but a plastic that is not rigid. And it would be cheaper than the metal kind. And they could do the x-ray instead of the goop! I said sign me up! They did the x-ray thing, and I didn't even gag, because they told me a special tip about putting salt on the back of your tongue-and you don't gag. It works, so now I carry salt in my car, but they have some there if you need it. Special shout out to Reagan who was the assistant who was very kind and patient! Dr. Neda was so kind and told me that I would probably hate the partial at first and then I would love it. She was right in that the first time I put it in, it hurt a little and then when we tried to get it back out, I thought they were going to have to climb up on the chair with me with pliers to remove them. They worked on it a little and soon they were not a problem, and I love them! With my old partial, I was very self-conscious and felt like the teeth were a little too big and would never smile with my whole mouth. Now they are so natural looking, you would never know they are not my teeth. They did an excellent job matching the color and I can now smile with my whole mouth!!! Another shout out to Keri who helped me with my follow-up appointment. We had a great talk. And I can't stop without giving a shout out to the ladies working at the front desk who are always friendly and willing to explain everything and help you out.
