Just came in for the first time in over 3 years. Updating review because my account that had a LOT…read moreof points from spending hundreds of dollars showed up as being created "3 months ago" when I didn't even come by the store then - plus their "double tax". Retail prices (for what I got) are fair - but then they charge a "double tax" meaning 10% + 10%... Back when I used to come by they'd never charge me any tax at all. Again, maybe new staff/management? Either way, my points are gone and the double tax thing ain't it. It's not about the little money. Everything I wrote about cleanliness, customer service, and their vast selection of items still applies except for those 2 major things.

I've mistakenly gave a 3 star because I though this was the location by my house which closes early. This shop stay open until the last minute before closing, I really respect that! The owners are nice guys, they respect all of their customers. Also, they have a wide variety of Hookah Tobacco available for a reasonable price. So if you're in need of new shisha flavor and it's late, I highly recommend going to this shop!

Purchased the sour apple geek bar pulse at House of Smokes yesterday, June 4th 2026. I was opening the product as I walked out of the store and noticed there appeard to be lip prints on the brand new, sealed product. I immediately walked back in and showed the shop employee that sold it to me. He acted like that product had nothing wrong with it. He called his manager and was speaking in a different language so not sure what their lengthy convo was about. He did not give me a refund. He swapped it out with ANOTHER sour apple geek bar pulse that also had weird markings on the mouth piece, AND a black dead bug sealed under the packaging. I don't have a photo of the first one but immediately took a photo of the second one when I opened it. I still tried the vape and it had the most chemically taste I can't even put it into words. Got so nauseous and knew something had to be wrong with it. Checked the product code on the geek bar verification website and YEP it is a counterfeit product. Pretty disappointing paying almost $40 for a product that I can't even use. Not sure how this place has such great reviews. The employee was 0% helpful. I was asking questions about the products and flavors and he just stared at me blankly and was not friendly at all.

The ONLY reason I even come here is when my cartons are gone and I need a few personal packs to hold me over til I reup. The prices are CLEARLY shown in front of the cigarettes, yet he charges an extra $0.50+ per pack even after I showed him the price plus tax total. FOR EXAMPLE: $9.95 + 9.75% tax = $10.92. He will say it is $11.50 total, saying he needs the extra to make a profit. Even had the nerve to tell me, "You don't need to buy here, there's a lot of smoke shops around".... REALLY? Is this the new way to run a business? No customer loyalty reciprocation, passive aggressive tone, new excuses every time. This time, he blamed his wholesale place for their carton prices, saying it changes every week. This is 100% nonsense cuz I go to to several wholesalers and I've never had prices change that frequently. The first few times he told me, "I sell a pack for the same price as buying a carton". All good, I still bought a few at the correct advertised price thinking the price is locked in.. obviously not the case. BE CAREFUL, LOOK AT THE PRICES and CALCULATE HOW MUCH THE TOTAL SHOULD BE! It's not about that little money, it's about the principle. Only good things are they're open a bit late and have a large selection. They will add a "credit card fee" of 10% if you don't use cash. They're saving a lot of money on fees but still nickel and dime.

When I walked in the owner greeted me and asked me what I needed. I was overwhelmed. This place is full of everything. The cigar section if large and any form of tobacco product or related tobacco product is there. Look at my pictures. When I called the owners said that they had the best prices in the valley. Well, yes. They do. It is worth the drive if you are looking for any Tobacco product. Great job No Ho Smoke House.
