Not only did he fix it, he also made it easier to shut off the water, showed how to winterize, etc. He made recommendations, tested our system, made adjustments, noticed we just fertilized and had a follow-up call to tell us we should run our sprinklers... I have a nine zone system with several broken sprinkler heads, a pipe leak, and 20 year old Rainbird controller. They replaced all the heads in tuned them up to spray exactly where I wanted them to. I also upgraded to a new controller box that connects to the Internet so I now can control the system for my smart phone. This guy is the sprinkler whiz; he really knows his stuff and was great to work with. I came across Ricky and his Sprinkler Medic Company through 'Yelp!'. I was so impressed with his work ethic. He explained how a system should be set in a triangle pattern. He was able to install upgraded sprinkler heads (compared to the original ones installed Turf Plus Management. He deducted a one hour wage, ($80) because he was later. I recently used their services and overall was not very impressed. I found the company on Yelp and read all of the glowing reviews and was very hopeful that they would be true. So far, not so much. Everyone on here seems to have dealt with Ricky (I did not) - I dealt with another technician. I did however receive initial contact from Ricky using Yelp and that was actually really quick and appreciated. Though pricing was not initially talked about I did have to ask as he was not upfront about it. There was a service fee for coming out and then we would go from there. The technicians did diagnose my system - I originally had them come out for 2-3 sprinkler heads that I knew were broken. They did find another that I did not know about, but to my surprise they told me a lot of my system really needed to be repaired. I honestly was really surprised by this as it seemed to have been working just fine. They took care of the items that were the worst (the ones I knew about) - I found the price to be very, very expensive for the work required. Quality of work wise I also think my heads were improperly adjusted and are now striking my fence area where they actually were not doing that before. The rest of the repairs they quoted me were really, really expensive. I even commented that I could just about get an entire new system for that price. They said that they would have to get back to me on another day because they were busy and had to get to another job...I guess mine wasn't enough for them. I paid them for the work they did that day and the technician told me that someone from the central office would be contacting me to setup the rest of the repairs...they never contacted me. I was originally not happy about that, but now I'm kind of glad as I will most likely be going with another company. To all of those that had a good experience - I'm glad. But my experience was very underwhelming and the pricing was very expensive. Maybe it's because y'all dealt directly with Ricky and I didn't? I've since received recommendations from several people for another company and will most likely be going to them for the rest of the repairs, if they were even needed. read more

Came out to do diagnostics and repair - charged me $276 and I still had dry spots, overspray and could not tell where anything had been done. All they tried to do when they were here was to sell my wife on buying a whole new sprinkler system ? When I called afterwards to tell them about the dry spots and overspray, they got defensive and said it was my attitude ? My wife was here alone and she is nothing but nice - these people are rip off artists and all they want to do is sell you a new system - would not recommend at all - terrible service and terrible attitude toward their customers. read more

I had a leaking valve and Ricky came out fixed it at a reasonable price in the spring. So, after getting some new landscaping done, I had Ricky and his team review and recommend changes to the system to ensure adequate watering. They ended up spending 10 hrs to perform a thorough relocation and replacement of a large number of sprinkler heads. After the project was completed, Ricky came back out and walked through the system, adding and changing a few heads to ensure adequate pressure and coverage. All this for a reasonable price with no up charges. I would definitely recommend these guys. They know their business, are thorough, and won't rip you off. read more

He walked me through the process of fixing my issue and what to do in the future so I wouldn't have this happen again. After he fixed our issue, he agave me advice (without asking) on what type of watering schedule I should be on for my grass since I am new to the area. Our sprinkler system had a slow leak and my husband could not find it. After calling one other company that came to look at it, he could not find the leak. Rigo advised that it was a leak in one of the valves that we did not know existed. He changed two valves and reset our controller. I made an appointment and they sent someone out the next morning. Let me start out by saying Vanessa and her husband Ricky seem like very nice people. However my second experience with their company was very expensive and done poorly by Victor and a helper. They charged me $800 for 5 hours of Labor along with 1 valve at $175 and 70 ft of pipe and 10 sprinkler heads for a total of $1,506.00. I did call and let them know that I had to have some additional work done since another one of my valves was not working and was able to get a company that was working next door to my house to replace the valve which they charged me $85 for the valve and $75 to for the labor for a total of $160. Later I called back to ask them to come out and check my system for additional problems that I was having and they NEVER RETURNED MY CALL! Very disappointing to say the LEAST! I ended up calling Chasse at ALL Pro Sprinkler Co and he did a 5 STAR job for my wife and I and solved all of our problems! read more
