It seems that his M.O. is to take your deposit, disappear for weeks at a time, respond only when you make it known that you're upset and want your money back, then he comes up with an excuse why he wasn't able to complete your taxes. This time it was a death in the family; another review stated he had "back problems" and another that he was "sick". Ended up having to go to another accounting firm to get anything done, and only two weeks to the filing deadline. Avoid Travis Raml at all costs!
