Guess what when I received our bill from telus it was 234.24 dollars higher than the last bill , thats with paying our bill through our bank account to best buy for our monthly phone plan. I have contacted best buy and that was 3 days ago I have contacted them now 3 days in a row each day I can not contact the store there is no option for that. The reps say the store is busy I say look after your paying customers or hire more help to address the concerns of your customers, This service is very poor service to say the least it seems once they have received your money its see you later. The other thing the receipts they give you are 6 feet long and include no information. My final thoughts poor poor service best buy.

They helped me with a couple of computer issues and also with a printer. I had a bad experience at another computer shop in Campbell. I caught the owner lying to me, and to my face, and he was also very pushy. Odyssey is far different and if you have a computer issue I highly recommend contacting them. I wouldn't go anywhere else for repairs. They also sell new computers, printers, and all forms of accessories.

The last time I placed an order on line, my goods arrived the very next day. Take my advice: get your office supplies at the Courtenay Monk Office, even if you don't live there.
