The reps say the store is busy I say look after your paying customers or hire more help to address the concerns of your customers, This service is very poor service to say the least it seems once they have received your money its see you later. Walked in and asked if I could send a fax. "No problem." In a minute it was sent, no charge, no problem, and Sneakers made a fan out of me.
