There was one man there obviously with a customer couple so we approached a woman sitting behind a desk. She looked up and said nothing. No "hello". Not one word to us. It was if we didn't exist. The man saw us too but said nothing to us. A simple, "I am busy right now but will be with you" would have been great. But NOTHING. Zip. Nada. The woman behind the desk could have said the same thing "the salesman is busy but...". The couple shopping were obviously embarrassed as if they wanted to acknowledge us. So, we left. Unbelievable. We support our local businesses but in this case we warn everyone to not waste your time and do not support this business. Customer service goes a long way. We went to another locally owned store, gave them our load of money and bought appliances from a happy, professional, customer service oriented person.
