Poppy loves going to CK9 - and I get frequent social media updates as well as a Google classroom to keep track of her progress. The facility is located at Burnett's Country Garden in Salem and is setup perfectly for training. It js CLEAN and there is plenty of space. As an added benefit - the dogs are frequently brought through Burnetts during business hours to aid with socialization and skill reinforcement. There's plenty of parking as well - and they have their own entrance. There is also a potty area with cleaning supplies available. I've also had two private training sessions with Shannon - and they have been extremely helpful for me to learn appropriate and successful ways to train both new behaviors and reinforce existing behaviors. Also if you don't make AM pickup by a few minutes and have to come back at 3 they charge you an entire day. Mind you they are closed half the day and hardly ever answer the phone. Overall- not the worst place but nothing that makes you feel like they care to retain you as a customer.
