absolute joke. 2016 F-150. diagnose cam phasers. quote was 6300 . had it for a month, called me back finally...quote went to 8 grand. had it for another month. called me again told me it was ready. out the door was 12 grand. the truck didn't make it out of the parking lot. throwing codes over heating. they told me it was "relearning". made it a mile then was stranded on side of the road. they picked the truck up had it for about an hour. told me it was fixed. made it half a mile this time. drove it back in limp mode. called me back and told me it needs a new motor. so they put a used motor in it out of a junk yard and it made it 2 weeks then blew up. so they put another used motor in it and it still has problems. so I got a 12 thousand dollar used motor that will probably have the same cam phaser issue as the original motor so you can add 6300 again. read more

I had the absolute WORST experience at YES! Automotive on 34126 SH-249 in Pinehurst, TX. I simply stopped by for a transmission filter and fluid replacement on my 2003 Chrysler Town & Country. Keith said they would need to pull it in and check underneath the car to see if they would be willing to do the service or not. I SPECIFICALLY told them that I wasn't 100% on doing the service today and to not start anything until I approve the service. After waiting in the lobby patiently, they came back and brought me to show me underneath the car in which they completely drained my transmission of all of its fluid. I then asked Keith why he drained my transmission without my permission in which he responded by saying that since he gave me a quote for $80 over the phone that it meant I "approved the service which I 100% did not. After I expressed my displeasure, he proceeded to give me attitude and then said he could "put the old fluid back". Now I am leaving with my transmission being drained and refilled with old transmission fluid. Keith should be fired for TERRIBLE customer service. I will not be coming back and I recommend everyone who sees this review to never trust this shop with your vehicle and to not waste your time with such awful customer service by Keith. read more

if I could leave less than one star and still post this review I would. This place is an absolute crime. We took our 2020 GMC terrain in for a simple state inspection. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle, no engine light on no knocking noises no transmission problems, no emission problems, and everything mechanically worked. after 15 minutes in their engine bay with supposed state inspector, the engine light came on and started throwing transmission. Error codes. Now 24 hours later, the ESC light is on which means it has to be reprogrammed the check engine light. It remains on since leaving this establishment and the engine is revving up while sitting in idle. This vehicle has 57,000 miles on it and no mechanical history whatsoever , and now the service manager Todd of this location tells me his crew did absolutely nothing wrong. Well, I have reported him to the state and I will be calling the owner of this establishment tomorrow. Do not use this location in Pinehurst. It's pretty amazing how a specialty transmission shop does a state inspection with a vehicle without issues and then all of a sudden the vehicle is throwing transmission. Let's be honest, car repairs are scary. My car did not have a lot of miles on it yet needed about $2200 worth of work. Of course I was out of warranty. They were careful to diagnose the problem and fortunately found the parts that were needed. The service advisor and the mechanic were both available and easy to talk with. They explained things very well and when I went to pick up the vehicle the mechanic offered to show me my old parts. I never felt like they were not doing me a good job at a good price. I took them my truck for a leak and winding noise. They replaced the rear seal. Which is still leaking. Replaced my brake calipers and rotors and hub assembly. Upon picking up my truck, it died reversing it out the parking spot. The check engine light came on. My truck died 6 more times before I could return it to them. All of a sudden after they inspected it I needed new spark plugs and ignition coils. My truck had no issues before I brought it to them and now Marco wants to tell me to bring it back so they can fix the leaking seal again. These people sabotaged my truck to keep getting money from me. They will be hearing from my lawyer. Don't bring anything vehicle to them at all!!! read more

I brought my vehicle to this shop after hearing it make an odd noise. I brought it in and they were friendly enough, committing to look at it right away and diagnose the issue. It was a problem with the transmission. Not exactly something I wanted to hear, but there was an answer. I was sold on their promise of timely diagnosis to get me an estimate of what it would cost to fix. I was told I'd hear something the next day. I heard nothing. I called before end of day and was told it would take another day to get quotes on parts. Fine. The next day came - no phone call. I called them. I could go on and hash out the details, but I think you get the picture. I can't even say that the communication with the shop was lacking, because it was non-existent. They had my vehicle for over 2 weeks, and I got one phone call from them - to tell me it was ready. No updates, no nothing. Even when I spoke to the manager and he told me my vehicle was going to be ready that day - no phone call, and it wasn't ready til the next day. On one of the calls I was offered discount for my inconvenience. Great. When I got the final quote, I asked about my discount. I was told the person who offered it was not authorized to do so, but they would honor it "in the event that call actually happened." So, now I was made to believe they did not trust that their employee offered me a discount that I believe I more than deserved to make up for their horrendous customer service. When I brought up the lack of communication, I was fed the excuse that they are a busy shop. If your shop is too busy to deliver basic principles of customer service, perhaps you should scale back the work or hire more people. Making a call to give a customer updates on their vehicle is a minimal time commitment that can go a long way. I do believe in being fair. It's been over a month and they seem to have fixed the problem we were having. There was another issue we had the day it was picked up, and I took it back and they corrected it the same day. Thus the reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 or 0. If you decide to leave your vehicle at this shop, do yourself a favor and drastically lower your expectations when it comes to service. Based on my experience, I do not believe that the customer experience is a priority at this establishment. read more

Since August my transmission has been having problems i took it to 3 different shops including one of thier other locations and they all stated that there was an issue with the transmission. I spent $3000 of my hard working money and I just want a refund so i can have this corrected the right way. They don't want to address the problem I will have to take it further read more

My RAV4 was suddenly experiencing power loss. It feels & sounds like the transformation is stuck in lower gear and not shifting. A friend recommended "My Transformation & auto care experts in Tomball, TX". At arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Marco Garcia the manager, A very professional gentleman indeed. He listened & wrote down my vehicle information and related problems, immediately assigned to one of his technicians. As I was watching, the technicians meticulously diagnosed the vehicle and quickly came to a conclusion. One of the technicians met with me & explained the findings on his tablet diagnostic tool, pointing out that the root cause is the secondary catalytic converter, apparently its internal material had disintegrated & clogged up the exhaust pipe. I offered to pay for the diagnostics while declining the repair, only because I always work on my vehicles. But I have full confidence in there workmanship. The manager, Mr. Marco Garcia informed me that the diagnostics are free of charge. I insisted to pay because I appreciated their Excellent customer service...I purchased a MagFlow exhaust system, installed it and the vehicle runs like new, because I just installed a new engine in it two months prior to this incident. My gratitude & thanks to Mr. Marco Garcia and his team for their dedication to quality service. Thanks again. read more
