7 3 2025 Update…read more I've been taking my vehicle to Valvoline probably my 10th to 15th trip now and I did not find out recently until last visit that they've been putting 0 to 20 weight in my vehicle when my Vehicles specifications are 0 to 50 weight oil. It even says it on Google and when I inquired the employee about this, he said that their computers states they are required 0 to 20 weight oil but it doesn't make sense (He even showed me). I asked him if there was an extra charge for an upgrade or something so I could make it right and he said no, so why wouldn't they put the recommended oil in a BMW so the engine isn't damaged in the long run? I used to always be happy with Valvoline and I've always taken my vehicle is there but I think it's time to make a change Update 7 3 2025

Do NOT bring your car here…read more I paid over $100 for a detailing service, and my car was returned with scratches on my rims that were not there before. This is completely unacceptable for a business that's supposed to take care of your vehicle. When I went back to address the issue, I spoke with the manager, Alex, and the experience only got worse. He was rude, dismissive, and refused to take any responsibility. Even after I showed proof of my rims' condition prior to the service, he continued to deny everything and make excuses, saying they service a lot of cars and this "never happens." The number of cars you handle is not an excuse for damaging someone's property. That's like we all eating chocolate and he gets in reaction and I say "we ate the chocolate nothing happened to us " everybody have different reaction to certain things . vehicle should be treated with care, and when something goes wrong, it should be handled with accountability and respect--neither of which I received. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and take your car somewhere that actually values its customers and takes responsibility for their work.

It may not be as cheap as the corner mechanic but at least you know you are paying for quality work and that it has a warranty if anything goes wrong. I gave 5 stars because of the personal touch. They have a prayer book in the corner. The waiting area and bathroom is clean. They offer you coffee while you're waiting. And they got the good creamers! Not the nasty powder stuff. The bathroom has a little basket with items to refresh yourself. Honestly was the best auto shop lounge area I've ever been in. I appreciate Bryan and Richard for taking care of my vehicle needs. I dropped my vehicle off while I was going out of town. When I returned, the car was not ready yet, as I had hoped to get it straight from the airport. I was thankful that they sent an Uber to take me back to the shop when the car was ready because I do not live close. It was only convenient to drop it there because it's not too far from IAH. Richard noticed something didn't sound right as I was about to leave and made sure it was fixed before I drove off.

I was met by a fast talking young man, persistent to sell the only brand of windshield wipers offered at the cost of $40 each (yikes). Lets be clear, my wipers were operational and in good condition before the visit, he advised my vehicle would not pass based on his visual assessment. At this point, I was pressed to purchase the high dollar wipers not wanting to delay a required state inspection. Thanks Jiffy Team for turning a $25 experience into $120 experience.
