I spoke to he owner Tony about 5 days ago to schedule a detail cleaning on a Sunday (as you know on the website it states by appt only) at 0900. I told him I was shipping my car on Monday and he said he would take care of me. He said to call him about an hour or so before coming up there. I did! No answer, left a couple of voicemails and several text messages. No response to anything. I just got into town Saturday afternoon from San Antonio so this was the soonest I could come. I was willing to pay a little more to have this done because they were a little more expensive than what I wanted to spend. Note to others: do not schedule an appt on a Sunday. read more

Initially quoted an upholstery repair job that would take about 5 hours total, and could be delivered 3 working days later. Called shop on day 3, not ready yet. Drove to shop day 4, issues with short staff, not ready yet. Drove to shop day 5 and repaired F150 seat was ready, including replacement of broken part at no extra charge. Work seemed to be done properly, however the delay in promised delivery without receiving a call from the shop in advance of the missed delivery date was a bit frustrating. Bottom line: Communication from shop not that great, but I would use them again and realize the promised delivery date is likely to not be met. read more

I've been driving for Uber and I unfortunately had one disrespectful piece of trash in my new car. It was the longest trip I've taken so far with Uber. 2 hours one way. The female pissed herself before I received the trip notification. She sat in the back seat. Other female next to her and male in front. Being thoughtful, I said I was going to stop at Buccee's in Terrell. Female said she was staying in car. When I returned I nearly threw up from her urine soaked sweatpants. I shoulda had the police show up and remove them from my vehicle. I called Uber and they kept saying they required photographic proof. Nothing to see. Smelled horrible and was very moist. Place is very cluttered and messy on the outside. The prices you see online are not the actual prices. I had throw up in my back seat from a friend which happened lastnight. He told me I would have to pay $240 and that's not even for a deep clean detail which he said I needed and he said he would have to keep my car for 8 hours. The deep detail was $400+. My car was clean except the throw up. I left and went to Carmel Carwash and they cleaned and detailed my car and made it look brand new within 1 hour cause as I mentioned my car was mostly clean. This is place is absolutely terrible. The owner told me my job was going to take three days, he ended up taking three weeks. Left a huge mess in my car didn't complete any of the tasks. I would go to check in I would call to get updates and I would hear nothing back. I had to call the police to even him to show me my car. Every time I went there he had an excuse for why nothing has been done. Super unprofessional and to be quite frank the owner is a liar. He tried to bait me to get me to hit him and honestly the only reason my car got done is because his employees stuck their neck out for him and got the job done. This place is utter trash. read more

I use the Detailing Docs Service First for my vehicle that I used in the mobile service for cleaning. They did such a great job the driver informed me that they also had upholstery repair because I had a small rip in my seat. I took it to them they fixed the rip and my car looks brand new again . I am very happy with their service they were prompt on time and communicated with me when on the way to my home. I would definitely use them again for detail and upholstery work. read more

The initial cost was $180 and by the time it was done they were asking for $25kay. 5. The cleaning itself seemed okay at first. Then the next morning I saw the detail and have no idea what they did for 6 hours. The cupholder was gunky, the windshield was dirty and smudged. I have to say that the quality if work performed was good. However, not all of the requested work was completed, the work was scheduled for pick up but was not read for three more days. When I left with my items , I really felt that i had been overcharged by 50%. Definitely disappointed. read more

I got a detail here November 10th. And the reason why I am just now writing this review is because today when I was cleaning out my car I went to vacuum my backseat and my cup holder on my middle console is completely missing. Note that in my car I never sit in my back seat I am always driving my car or I'm riding in the passenger seat. I notified the owner and he said that there was no sign of my cup holder. Now no one in their right mind would just sit in someone's car and take out the cupholder to keep. And when I went to get my detail done the cupholder was dirty and I know for a fact they took it out to clean but forgot to take it back. And now since I didn't check my backseat til months later I'm stuck with a hole in my console in a relatively new car. Highly frustrating since they won't even pay for a new part. Do not use these guys!!! They use a power washer and removed paint from my brand new truck. The owner is Middle Eastern and told me I was trying not to have to pay when I pointed it out. Also they make you sign a waiver saying you will not hold them responsible for damages while detailing, or moving your car. Also the overall cleaning job wasn't worth the money. read more

Beware of this company. Their customer service is nonexistent and their work is atrocious. Try calling the number on their website. Odds are they won't answer. If you leave a voicemail they won't respond to that either. It just gets worse from there. It took several reschedulings for someone to finally show up... late and obviously unprepared. I basically got a subpar car wash and my carpet vacuumed. Not the "full detail" that I paid for. My girlfriend was able to get the seats and floor mats cleaner than the detailers did by using Armor All leather cleaner and a carpet cleaner. Unfortunately, there was nothing she could do to remove the scratches on the rear gate of my truck (looks like a wire brush was used on to remove some glue but got the paint instead). I submitted an email to let the company know about the incident. They never responded. Here is the email....please don't use detailing docs. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Yesterday I had my vehicle detailed onsite by one of your mobile crews. It took much effort on my part just to get the crew to come detail my suv. I had to call your office when the crew did not show up so that you could inform me that they came by, but did not think that the parking area was large enough to perform the detail. There is an almost entirely unused lot here more than large enough to detail even the biggest vehicle. After 2 hours of work the crew informed me that they felt they were done and apologized that they were not going to be able to clean the dirt completely out of the floor mats. I pointed out that the door jambs were still dirty, the grill had water spots all over it, the seats were not very clean, and the wheels still needed attention. They explained that they had worked on the seats and there was some grime in there that would not come out. They also stated that they didn't have the right tools to get the inner parts of the wheels clean. They agreed that the door jambs and grill needed more work. I returned after 30 minutes and they had done a better job on the grill and doorjambs. I tipped them and sent them on their way. Had I been able to thoroughly inspect the work I would not have provided a tip and I would have demanded a refund on the spot. I was unimpressed with the detail service to say the least. When I arrived home my girlfriend wanted to try cleaning the seats. With some Armor All Leather wipes, she was able to remove all of the grime that your detailers could not. She took the floor mats inside and ran the carpet steamer over them and they look significantly better than after your detailers hit them with the pressure washer. Once I had arrived home I was also able to inspect the overall work a bit better. The windows had some over spray from something that they had apparently been spraying on the paint so i will need to re-clean the windows. The rear bumper had some white residue left on it which does not look good on a black plastic piece so I will need to re-clean that as well. I would be able to let all of that go and just write off your business as a one time error that I would not make again. Unfortunately, there is damage to the rear gate. I asked prior to the detailers beginning work if they could remove some glue that was left behind from a decal. They said they could try. I am not sure what they tried but they left some deep scratches all over that area and did not get the glue off. It is going to cost more to repair the scratches than the detail job. I wanted to make you aware of the issues with your customer service as well as the inferior quality of work attached to the name of your business. I also wanted to inform you that your company's service has left me with damaged property and give you this opportunity to make this right. read more

Beware you can do what they can for yourself for free. They didn't attempt to clean half the truck and didn't clean under my seats. They also refused money back or even half of it back. But the owner did offer to give me the cleaners to back which really shows the kind of person he is. Plus he got sick of me so he blocked my number. Very unprofessional. I have taken my new car here twice. First time I got a hand wash only, which turned out really nice because they clean your windows inside and vacuum too for only $30. The second time I was originally going to just do a wash and wax and he got me to do a full detail for a better deal. Although it takes a bit longer for them to get the job done, it's worth the wait. I took my pickup here to have the drivers seat cushion cover replaced and for a complete inside and outside detail. The price Tony gave was fair and the seat cover looks great. However the detail is very disappointing. The rear step bumper was not touch and had compound all over the top. The drivers side had something splashed on it that I think was vinyl spray. The interior carpet was not scrubbed, my best guess is a shampoo vacuum and the passenger seat had a muddy paw print from my dog and it can still be seen. I would have noticed this except it was still soaked inside when I picked it up and you never know what it will look like dry. The side was not showing the spots the way it was parked and the rear bumper is my bad for missing. He charged us an extra fifty he said was to get all the dog hair up which I had already got most of off the seat. But for over $300.00 should I have to look at every inch of my vehicle. Nice people, did a 90% good job. The owner couldn't keep my order straight. I made an appointment online, that he called to confirm what I was requesting be done. (Wash outside, vacuum and wipe down inside) for 90$. Then I arrived, he again asked me Bc he kept telling me I had asked for the inside washed and shampoo. Which I declined and he filled out a sheet of paper with my correct request. After they were finished he had me pay without seeing my car first. And he had to write me a new sheet Bc he apparently got my sheet order confused with another car... There was only one other car. well he charged me 100$. Somehow my floor mats had been washed? My car's inside was great, except they didn't move any of the seats in the back to vacuum the carpet. Also somehow they missed a huge bug smudge on the front windshield. I called Toyota to have the Prius detailed. The service man quoted me a price and then informed me his commission wouldn't be worth my dissatisfaction. He recommended I find a good detail shop. Needless to say I was a bit shocked by his honesty but appreciated it. I am so glad I found Detailing Docs! When I spoke with Tony he was very professional and courteous. He quoted me the same price as the Toyota dealer (unknown to him). Darrell arrived on time was courteous and Professional. He worked non stop for three hours on my car (it was a mess with pet hair). When he finished there wasn't one pet hair I could find. The car looks great!! I appreciate his attention to detail and commitment to doing an excellent job.
