My kids are not coming in alone, first, & especially when they can't identify the adults. There was no compromise. So, I said we would come back after the madness ended. Two years later, we went in for cleanings. I have never accepted fluoride & we only do x-rays at the minimum my insurance allows. This was nothing new, but this time Booker seemed offended & expressed his frustration to me. I said that was my wishes & we hadn't had an issue before, but he wanted to argue. I declined, finished the cleaning & left. 6 months later I went in & needed to get an old filling replaced. I had just had a doctor's appt where she told me to be careful what type of filling I get for medical reasons. When I expressed this to Booker & asked questions about what he uses he said he wanted my doctor's name because he was going to tell her she didn't know what she was talking about. I said that is very aggressive & he proceeded to tell me that I just need to let him do his job. He could not tell me what type of filling material he used or any health risks. He then started ranting about people who ask too many questions. I declined for him to do my work. His attitude & aggressive behavior is disturbing. He has an attitude like no one knows more than him, but he can't even tell you the materials he uses. I decided then I would not return. The next time my husband took my kids, the receptionist asked him if he was competent enough to make follow up appointments or if she should call me. Extremely sexist & just plan rude. My kids then did not return. My husband was the last holdout, until now. This week, he has an emergency. He was in a car accident & cracked a tooth. He called the office at 11 am to find out they had different hours for spring break... they closed at noon. However they didn't answer the phone at 11 am... he left a message to say he had an emergency. Nothing. No call back. He called again today & it says now that they are closed until Monday. He then received a message saying they wouldn't take care of him until Monday. Who closes their office for Spring Break? This business is so unprofessional. We're done.

I couldn't figure out why I had so much pain in one particular tooth for so long, it was from the retainers that displaced my teeth which left me irritating the nerve. Dr. Mathew Savaya was the one who took the time to explain this entire process to me, we were able to avoid a root canal and take a conservative approach easing the pain. Within minutes I felt relief. I wish they had taken my insurance, nonetheless, it was worth every penny. I'll be back! On a referral from a friend, I rushed to this office for a loose filling that needed immediate care. I was treated with the utmost kindness, my issues were addressed efficiently and thoroughly.

I had my braces for about a year and a half from 8th grade and had them off before sophomore year. I believe my mother did not have insurance to cover braces and I do know it was between $4,000-$5,000 (including retainer) I'm 18 now and I'm still happy with my teeth. I wear my retainer (the original) probably 3 times out of the week when I go to bed. Every time I go to the dentist I'm complimented on how great my teeth look. I've even had people I work with compliment on how straight my teeth are. I never had issues when I would come here, I was always taken back within 5-10 minutes of my appt. I know all of my friends went to Abed ortho and 2 of my friends had to get their braces put back on after 2 years of having them off. And even though my friends had their braces off they still had to go for regular appts just for their retainers even though we were all seniors in high school and they had their braces off for 2 years or more. The day I got my braces off I received my retainer, went back a month later to make sure everything was going right and that was that. They said that was the last appt I needed and to be responsible and wear my retainer. I'm very happy with my teeth and I definitely recommend this place :) Another thing I wanted to add. If you are going here to get braces, when you get them off WEAR YOUR RETAINER!!!!!!!!!! I still wear my retainer and I have had my braces off for about5 years and yes I still do need to wear it. I don't wear it every night but I try to. If you do not wear your retainer your teeth WILL shift back into their original place. So many of my friends don't wear their retainers (yet ALONE even know where their retainers are because they all have lost theirs) and their teeth are not straight anymore. Some of their teeth look like they never had braces in the first place. That's so much money wasted for not even a nice smile. I am not an orthodontist or a dentist but please listen when they tell you to wear it!!!

NEVER HAVE I FELT PAIN LIKE THAT AT THE DENTIST! First of all I had to pain $99 for nitrile (laughing gas) bc my nerves are so bad in the dentist chair and I didn't even feel it! He said it was at the highest which I call bullsh*t because I've gotten the gas since childhood. I've also had 6 teeth pulled in the last year so I know what to except. Then he just wiped the outside gum with the numbing agent and STARTING shooting those needles in me. No time in between to let the numbing agent work! But when he just JABBED those needles in the roof of my mouth (w/out numbing agent) I was out of my mind it pain. Dr najor never gave me a shot by just gaming it into the roof of my mouth, or anywhere else! I was literally crying, big cry too, in that chair. He proceeded to take forever to pull the 3 teeth. I'll NEVER, EVER GO BACK. The staff sucks too! Appointments 6 weeks out after dr.Najor would say he had to see me in 2 weeks. Stay away from this place.
