This is Scam. If you are requested to send a sold item to this location, DO NOT. The following is not a review for this business. I listed a laptop on marketplace and was in contact with someone named Leah. She initially said that she would be ordering and shipping the laptop to her daughter in Florida. I was sent this location along with the recipient Davids Ukachis. Here's everything that happened and I'm hoping this will help you recognize the scam 1. I listed my laptop on marketplace. 2. I was contacted by a somewhat legitimate account, but they immediately wanted to communicate over text because "messenger was not working". I believed this at first since I can't figure out messenger half the time. I also noticed that the user would accidentally call and then hang up immediately. The phone number is a legitimate US number. In my case it had the area code of of Oklahoma City. 3. They will say that they are super excited about the item and how they are going to send you a ton of extra money so that you can ship the item. In my case it was $150 which would have probably quadrupled the shipping cost. 4. They will ask you to send multiple pictures of the item, I'll admit I thought this was a legitimate conversation at this point, so I sent a video of me showing the functionality of the product. Hopefully that is not used for anything malicious but unfortunately I'm sure it will be used for other fraudulent listings. 5. I was leaving for a trip the day of the initial conversation, and the scammer was incredibly invasive. At this point I kept receiving messages that were written in broken English, or copy pasted. All while being seemingly written by someone trying to appear as a sweet mother. At this point I knew it was a scam so I just continued on for fun. 6. When you go to ship the item, they ask you to send pictures of the packaging and show that the item is inside. I sent them photos of a fake improvised box to keep the conversation going. They really wanted to make sure that the laptop was inside. 7. I said I wouldn't ship the device until they sent over the payment. They sent over a fake email confirmation with a faked Venmo confirmation, sent from a fake Venmo email address. This is probably the easiest scam to spot since you can just check the Venmo and verify that the funds were indeed not transferred. I will attach photos of the conversation and the fake email to help you all in not getting scammed. I wish there was something more that we can do to get this whole operation shut down though... DO NOT SHIP !!!! today someone contacted me on Facebook marketplace asking to buy a phone. I had recently published it so I was still taking photos. The post had no photos only a flyer of the phone then someone sends me an offer to buy it. I was like wow awesome quick sell. As we exchanged information they said only PayPal was good. I created an account and sent the request. Later I got an email from " PayPal" saying the account was deducted from their account and I will receive it once the shipping tracking receipt was sent. I started to connect the dots and come on here and thanks to you guys I was able to avoid a scam. read more

Scammers on Ebay, trying to get me to ship to this location via postal service. the conversation didn't seem right and I googled the address and here we are. I still have my item and I've asked to refund their purchase. The money was on hold anyways. I'm probably still screwed as I provided them the SN to my product and it'll probably be activated in a Russian camp in the Ukraine war. read more

I forwarded a package through here from California to their Sarasota, FL location then to North Africa and to my dismay, like everyone else on Yelp and Google reviews, it has been lost. I know it was received by one of their associates, but it was never sent out to continue delivery once received. It was extremely difficult to get into contact with ANYONE helpful, even when speaking with their management via email AND in person at their Sarasota location. Of course they were kind, but offered no solution. I have finally got a response just a few days ago from their general customer service online via email after WEEKS and I will update this review when resolved. I've worked with Aramex before with no problems at their New York location. It looks like MyUS here in FL was just acquired by Aramex under Shop&Ship so I wanted to trust it. I can understand if they are still working out the streamlining of their logistics, but I sure do hope their reliability, timeliness, and communication goes up soon. read more

SCAM SCAM SCAM. I would run if I were you. Somone on facebook marketplace told me they wanted to buy my camera. they wanted next day shipping. They sent me a fake Venmo confirmation saying once I send a shipping receipt I will revive my money. I called venmo and they confirmed that the email was fake, it wasn't send from them. Then the guy his name is Marwin on Facebook send me the address and this address was send to me. I connected the dots, fake Venmo and this address. Be safe out there yall. read more

Had a guy purchase a Ring from my father on ebay. I received an email from what I thought was ebay confirming payment so I shipped. Something felt weird so I contacted ebay and had them look at my confirmation email which they immediately confirmed was fake. I was able to reverse the UPS shipment, the guy had wanted me to ship through USPS but I wouldn't and am glad now. I was expecting 2 packages I was Waiting at home . I received email saying they were Delivered . They were not . I was at home with my Front Door open waiting for The Delivery. there is no Phone number that works for these people. the Logistics record says George signed for it There is No George Here and Did Not require a signature . There is No Photo available to show delivery. Thankyou for Ruining my Nieces Graduation Her Gift and other items were in this delivery. UPS give you the Run around with reporting back to sender. Scam. Don't let them waste your time. Wanted items we did not have and asked us to track them down. Kept changing the quantities and saying they would pay whatever the costs. Once invoice was sent, wanted to pay with unsecure credit card payment, saying it was secure. They canceled the order after he found out we only use PayPal. read more

Doing that saved me from a headache and I cancelled the order due to a bad address. Plus she had zero feedback on eBay. Really? Zero feedback? That's a red flag right there. Update: the romance is over ---- sadly. As long as you "stay inside the lines", service is fine enough. When you have issues? Fasten your seat belts. Promises are made by staff to investigate matters (and they don't reply), problems are pointed out (and there is no change in service or follow up) and some staff members either don't know what they are talking about or just outright lie. Example: we had a package sent to Europe & returned to the USA for lack of documentation. Lack of documentation was confirmed by the courier company in Europe. MY US claims that the package NEVER LEFT THE UNITED STATES and that the courier company (whose app showed where the package was & listed events IN EUROPE along the way) NEVER HAPPENED. Worthless! Do NOT use this company. They were purchases by Aramex. This company does not deliver...anything. Their customer service numbers do not get you to a human. Their "contact us" form is broken. at least you CAN get to live chat for MyUS but the staff are incompetent and unable to answer the most basic questions. 3 boxes of mine left the UK and landed in New York on 7/25. No updates since. No handoff tracking. Nobody seems to know what to do. Horrible! I am filing a complaint with the BBB. This company should not be permitted to operate here. read more

I do not understand all these negative ratings. I use MyUs for 15 Months now and i send there all my ebay purchases (price range of my items is about 10-100 USD per piece). I forward around 400-600 LBS each month to my store in Europe and i never had a serious problem. Sometimes it takes longer or customs require something, but that would also be like this if you'd export it yourself. They never even lost a single item (out of more than 10.000). If i have an issue i use the live chat and in 99% of the time they are able to help me there. The other 1% will be done via Mail Customer Service. I also never scammed or got scammed here, but i don't use the purchase service, i order all my stuff by myself. Sure the shipping prices vary, that's why i always check the price per pound for each export order. Sometimes it's cheaper to ship your stuff with 2 or 3 shipments. i mostly ship +/- 80 LBS per shipping, thats the best value i found yet. I always use Fedex and DHL as shipping service. they also never lost a package so far - but sometimes they arrive damaged. You have to be clear that this may happen. So tell the sellers they shall protect it safely and add a note inside the box with "handle with care". Because more protection is more expensive to ship, i'll take the risk of damaged boxes. It's more cost efficient in my opinion. I still can sell the damaged boxes for like half the price as long as the content is fine - which always was so far. read more

I did not know that this was a shipping agent but an any event the package arrived having been opened and the contents damaged and then resealed. Somehow this is going to become my responsibility! Even though I didn't know they were using a shipping agent and they didn't even own up to it. I don't know if this happens and customs or what but I think that the one star that this company has is deserved. read more

Fishy business with false information to say the least. I was a MyUS customer a few years ago. I had some issues with them as I believe their pricing was misleading and turned out to be higher than advertised, either with the tools or even when you create your final shipping request. They sent me an email with a promotional code to (re)open my account with them I few months ago. I signed up again, but I never used that code as I simply did not order anything on time. Now I ordered a few items and shipped them yesterday. Before I did so, I had some serious questions about the rate. The combined weight of my items was 2.30 lbs + 4.70 lbs + 22 lbs = 29 lbs, but looking at the shipping request that MyUS created the rate was based on 170 lbs! I doublechecked the dimensions of one of my items before even ordering it and it should be just within limits before becoming oversized. I do understand that with the packaging it could become oversized, but I still can't believe there is about 141lbs in packaging material! I emailed them about this issue, but the reply I got was simply my question rephrased in other words. Other questions in my email like checking the packaging and see if the weight is correct or asking if packaging could be removed, were simply ignored. With my previous experience with MyUS, I was now remembered why I should never have returned to them: you can trust them for your package to arrive, but not for clear communication and definitly not for honest rates. And it even got worse. I created my shipping request at US$ 518,97 just to get it over with. Well, the "slight price adjustment" they warn you for a the bottom of the page turns out to be US$ 618,97 so exactly US$ 100 more! In addition the billing weight on the invoice is now magically 31lbs. To add insult to injury, they sent me an general email afterwards for 20% off for any order if I would sign up as a new member while I still am a new member. These are facts, this is not about being friendly or any other subjective aspect of a business. And looking at the facts you just know not to work with MyUS. read more

I have been trying to sign up with them for days now and it keeps being rejected saying the information is wrong, but it doesn't tell you what is wrong so you keep trying and the same message comes up regardless of the changes made. When contacting chat support I told them about this and guess what they said, "you must have input some information wrong". The shipments while on the one month trial will probably go fine...then if you sign up, EVERYTHING comes as an extra. They will also go through your stuff without asking and often mess it up.
