My husband asked her why would they do that when neither him nor you (employer) authorized that. PP admitted it was a mistake and admitted it was their fault. My husband then asked when will he get his paycheck; PP told them that since the account has a negative balance they are unable to do a reversal and that there is nothing they can do about that and that "his money problems are not their problem". The receptionist told them, "It is your problem. You are the one that made the mistake." They then told him he can come get a check but he has to pay us back. Can you you believe that?!!! He literally has to pay to get his paycheck?! I have processed payroll every week for the past 5 years and never experienced ADP telling me, "Ya, sorry we messed up but you guys have to deal with it." Beware of this place.

This is tough for me because I used Klean Books for 2 straight years and had a great experience and…read moregot a much bigger state return than I expected. This year has been another story. Back in April I left work early to get home to my scheduled meeting with John, meeting gets canceled 10 minutes before the time and we file for an extension not the biggest issue but slightly annoying since I left work early. Fast forward to a month before my extension deadline I try and log in to their internal system, my account is deleted. Was able to get that resolved but another small issue. The big one is trying to schedule a meeting with John. His calendar link on the client portal is broken. Then he's not responsive to texts/calls/emails. And he has read receipts on his texts so you can see he's looking at them but not answering. Overall I'm pretty bummed because the first 2 years were great but this one has been extremely tough to get even a routine meeting scheduled. Will likely take my business elsewhere next tax season.
