DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE ESPECIALLY WITH ANDREW…read more I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Easy Car Auto Sales in Phoenix. On 2/26/2026, I was told I was approved for financing, completed paperwork, and paid a $1,500 down payment plus a $45 fee ($1,545 total). I was allowed to leave with the vehicle. Later the same day, I was contacted and told they could not verify my income. Over several days, I provided multiple forms of verification and was asked to get a co-signer. After doing so, I was then told my brother should apply under his own name instead. Despite cooperating at every step, financing was never finalized. Shortly after, the dealership had the vehicle towed from my residence. The tow driver banged on my door demanding the keys and provided no paperwork. Despite taking the vehicle back and the deal never being completed, the dealership has refused to refund the $1,545 down payment, claiming it was "non-refundable," even though that was never clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. I also had to replace the battery immediately after taking the car home at my own expense. This experience involved being told I was approved when I was not, changing terms multiple times, and ultimately losing money after the dealership repossessed the vehicle. I have filed complaints with the Arizona Attorney General's Office and disputed the charge. I recommend getting everything in writing and being extremely cautious before doing business here.

One of the worst experiencesof my life. I had almost 700 credit score (until they got done with…read moreme), income of 2 jobs, and yes, I'm a complete idiot for not going to a reputable lot. I got the 2016 Subaru WRX...paid 1500 down, paid over 2k in repairs, still wasn't fixed, went back to lot where Ian had their mechanics finish fixing it. They surprisingly got the car running like butter... and then they repo my car less than a week later.... so let's back up.... All this time I'm under the impression my payment went through Nov 3, 2025 because I got the confirmation email that my payment was received.... so I did close my bank account (for unrelated reasons) on 11/6 BUT I put my NEW bank info on my online account with them. I ALSO talked to finance co and Ian at Easy Car 10s of times during Nov (because the car was in shop and barely running for 2 weeks & neither one of them told me there was an issue with payment). That's when Ian happily took the car in to finish fixing it after he knew I put lots of $ into it & knew the payment fell through... Finally Ian told me on 11/21(after the repo was already in place). I called Westlake immediately and paid + all late fees.... they said all is good on their end- no repo in order. Two days before Thanksgiving these bastards at Easy Car repo'd my car that was f*king paid up. Then Ian gave me a runaround how he's trying to get me financed elsewhere (i have 670 credit and 2 good jobs btw), all while re-posting my car back up for sale.....AS YOU CAN SEE IN PIC BELOW!.... I have recipts for EVERYTHING I mentioned above & will be consulting with lawyers. So anyone

I didn't have a huge budget, but needed to have something reliable. As it turned out, I didn't fall in love with the car I went to see. There was no pressure applied to move forward. Jeff however, had a line on another vehicle that would be coming in with low miles. I was very interested and asked that he contact me with the details when available. As promised, this car was in fantastic shape, had all the car fax information and was at a very fair price. I do not personally care for negotiating over a price so this was important to me. I have purchased my fair share of cars in my day. This was a top notch transaction. They are very professional and perform with integrity. The battery warranty was a life saver. While the car has low miles, it's 12 years old. I suppose it is fair to expect those old batteries to wear down. After about 6000 miles, they fixed/replaced the battery with no hassles! I've been driving my sons future car to save on gas. When I turn it over to him, I see another Prius from All Price Auto in my future.

It has a large lot which opens to 20th St, no entrance from Van Buren. They do not post their hours on the website but they are open from 11am - 6pm M-F. On the weekends, they take appointments. I believe it is two brothers who own the place. They are friendly guys and their prices are reasonable for used cars. They do have mechanics get the cars ready for sale. They do allow you to take the car to an independent mechanic for an inspection. Some of these places do not allow you to take the car to a mechanic. There are mobile mechanics if you search "mobile mechanics," who can do inspections but obviously they cannot elevate the car and look under. I took a Chevrolet Equinox for an inspection at a nearby mechanic. They did find some problems with the brakes and engine block. One of the owners offered to fix those problems if we agreed to the listed price. That was a fair offer but we decided to go with a different car. Decent deals here but get the car inspected to see what you are getting.

From the start, he was friendly, professional, and most importantly, he didn't feed me any sales nonsense. He was honest, upfront, and worked hard to get me into a car that fits my needs and budget. You can tell Reeves genuinely cares about helping his customers instead of just making a sale. He made the process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. I'm extremely happy with my 2023 Malibu and know I'm going to enjoy driving it for years to come. Big thanks to Reeves for going above and beyond. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle!

WOW!!!! I had a great sales experience. I left an amazing review about it..THEN the CHECK ENGINE…read morelight came on. They reset it and told me it was fine... it wasn't. Compression problems in the engine in the first week. Service wouldn't even talk about it unless I had the gold standard warranty, even though we were still in the 15 day sales warranty. I did, though. Extremely condescending return from the service dept. I emailed the sales manager Reeves, who i prior had a great experience with. He said he wanted to get it right, come in Monday at 830 as planned to get it all fixed. I arrived at 833. Service asked if I had an appointment, yes. Now they want to diagnose the problem they've already seen twice. Reeves doesn't show up until 11, catches an attitude because I sent him an email saying it was crazy work for me to be here to fix this as advised and he isn't here. He said Ay, our hours are posted. I'm on time. After his response I went on yelp....omg... the reviews!!! How many people they've done this to!!!...I told Reeves I'm in trouble here huh? He asked what i meant and I told him...the reviieeeewwsss... he said it's not his fault, in his words, their service department sucks, service sold me a bad car, not him and I could get out because I wasn't going to give him a bad day just because I was having one. He literally said have fun waiting for service to fix it, you're not getting any help now. I didn't get out. He told me to wait outside. I waited right there in the office... I'm waiting as i write this review, sitting in the sales office being utterly ignored by the sales manager... waiting for parts that should have already been here since they knew the problem wasn't fixed and I'd return for service soon. I've been here for almost 5 hours and the car is still on the lift. When the service department sucks so bad that the sales manager tells you they suck instead of being accountable for selling you a terrible car... you know you're in trouble.
