They have been very understanding and patiently waiting for my unemployment to come in so that I can make a payment and catching up on my payments. I recommend them highly! 1/5 -- Extremely Disappointed With How I Have Been Treated…read more My experience with Auto Now Financial Services has been absolutely frustrating, stressful, and disappointing. I have made repeated efforts to communicate with this company through phone calls, emails, text messages, and other messages, yet I have struggled to get meaningful responses. Meanwhile, they have no problem threatening something as serious as repossessing my vehicle. What makes absolutely no sense to me is that I specifically told them that I will make a payment on September 8, 2026. I have made it clear that I am not refusing to pay or disappearing. I communicate with them, and when I say I am going to come through with a payment, I come through. Yet I was told they supposedly "cannot hold" the account until September 8. Here is the part that really gets me: I asked for a copy of MY OWN CONTRACT, and I was told that getting it would "take time" because someone has to put in a request. So apparently I have to wait for Auto Now Financial Services, but they cannot wait for me. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. How can you threaten to repossess someone's vehicle based on a contract while telling that same customer that they have to wait to receive the contract you are supposedly enforcing? I have also explained that I am a single father and that my vehicle directly affects my ability to work, take care of my child, and maintain stability for my household. I am not asking anyone to erase what I owe. I am asking for communication, transparency, and a reasonable opportunity to follow through on the payment date I provided. This entire ordeal has also taken a serious toll on my health and emotional well-being. I am currently taking prescription anxiety medication prescribed by my physician, and the ongoing uncertainty, lack of communication, and threat of losing my transportation have added tremendously to the stress I am experiencing. The most upsetting part is that I am actually trying to communicate and resolve the problem. I haven't disappeared. I haven't said I refuse to pay. I have requested my contract, explained my hardship, asked for assistance, provided a payment date, and repeatedly tried to communicate. Yet I feel like I have had to chase this company just to get basic answers while the threat of repossession continues. Customers experiencing temporary hardship are still human beings. They have children, jobs, health concerns, and responsibilities. Basic communication and respect should not be too much to ask from a financial institution handling something as serious as someone's vehicle. At this point, I am documenting everything and have formally requested my complete contract, account records, payment history, the contractual basis for the threatened repossession, and an explanation regarding why they allegedly cannot temporarily hold the account through my stated payment date. I would not recommend Auto Now Financial Services based on my experience. The lack of communication, difficulty obtaining my own contract, and unwillingness to work with me for just a few days despite my specific payment commitment have made an already difficult financial situation significantly more stressful. If you're considering financing through this company, my advice is simple: read everything, keep every email and text, document every phone call, save every payment record, and make sure you have your complete contract. I certainly wish my experience had been different.

Public Notice - Repossession & Loan Issues at Dynamite Auto Sales…read more I had an experience very similar to many others here. I made a substantial down payment and continued making biweekly payments. Despite this, my vehicle was repossessed without any notice or right to cure, just days after a payment was made and accepted. I was given inconsistent ledgers, and my payments were applied in a way that made my account appear delinquent. After I filed complaints, I learned Dynamite Auto Sales is not even listed in the CFPB complaint system, which prevented a federal investigation from moving forward. Since then, I have seen multiple reviews describing nearly identical issues: Vehicles breaking down soon after purchase, Repossession shortly after major repairs or payments, Poor customer service, and Refusals to report to or respond through consumer protection agencies. If you've had a similar experience, I strongly encourage you to report it to: Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB): www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint Arizona Attorney General's Office: www.azag.gov/consumer Federal Trade Commission (FTC): www.ftc.gov/complaint These agencies look for patterns, and every report matters. I'm taking legal action and hope others will stand up for their rights too. This is my honest experience. I have documents to support everything stated. #DynamiteAutoSales #ConsumerWarning #ArizonaAG #CFPB #RepossessionWithoutNotice

So, I just got a car here not too long ago, and it's been quite the experience. Since I've gotten…read morethe car, I've visited this place about 3-4 times. Not because of anything bad, but just because I'm still uneasy with the process, it's a wait and see type of thing with me... In my first review, I mentioned how great the men who helped me were, and that's still the same experience. So, nothing really changed with that. I'd visited the lot twice to get work done if the car. Well, technically, the second time, I went to get the car checked, and the third time I had work done. I had already had Pep Boys and Autozone check the car, and they said the car was good, but you can never be too sure with the cars at places like this. You know, with places like this, they get cars in whatever condition. They may fix it up, or they may not. So, you just never know. I initially had them check the car because I noticed the car was hiccuping. The mechanic said it was the CVT or something like that and that the transmission/car was fine. So, I left. Then my stepdad did some research and told me to have them change the spark plugs, because ppl with the same car noticed that issue too. So, I went back and had them change the spark plugs and the brakes. They did those things, and the car has been running great. No more hiccups! I'm just super excessive with making sure I get everything checked out and fixed because there's only a 15 day warranty for the car, which is very worrisome lol but Pep Boys, Autozone, and the mechanic and Dynamite said the car is in good condition... I'm just extra cautious... So, I make my 1st payment in a few days. So, I'll keep y'all updated.

More than 10 minutes passed and I was still sitting there, so I walked out to the lobby, which was empty, and asked the two young tellers where the rep was. They just kind of shrugged and went back to looking at their phones. The woman returned and said she had to leave because she was double-booked. Someone else showed up and said he'd take over. So, I showed him my ID and EIN letter and he asked questions. That part was fine. He said he'd be in touch within a day or two. About a week later, I emailed him and asked him what was up. He was apologetic and gave some BS excuse. I told him him I had a bunch of cash at home that I'd really like to deposit. He said he had to check with someone, or something along those lines. More days went by. I called him and left a message asking for him to call me back. Nothing. I deposited my money at another credit union today and can honestly say that dealing with AZOne CU was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in my life.
