    Beware; Do not use this service. They said they would use "eco" products...but, their cleaning person did not and it damaged our range in the rental unit. When this was presented to them, they gave us the run around and came back and said they discussed this with the cleaning person and they said they only used soap. I explained that my wife had confirmed this was not the case...and they chose to stop responding or working to remediate the damage done.

    So 2 years after writing my last review of MyClean, I have been in contact with numerous people from MyClean about trying to change my review. They offered to give me a free clean and that they've changed and improved their personnel. I had no reason to use them until I decided to move back into my unit. The tenant who moved out was the original tenant who MyClean was supposed to have done a move-in clean the first time but failed to even clean anything. I decided to take up their offer and informed them that I would like a move-in clean. I asked that the main areas to target be the kitchen, bathrooms, fridge, stove/oven. I even had a step stool for the cleaner to use to target the areas that were a little higher to reach. The unit was completely empty except for some hardwood and tile that I had moved into a corner and out of the way. I was told that the cleaner would show up at 2 pm and she arrived at 1:50 to start cleaning. I showed her the areas I wanted to target and also asked that if she had time, to clean the windows and touch the balcony. I then said that I was going to come back later because I had some errands to run. Around 4:30, I returned back to my unit to see how things were going. The cleaner had already left. I thought this was kind of peculiar because there was no way that the cleaning could have been done in 2.5 hrs. The 2 bathrooms were touched but still dirty. There was dust on top of the shower door frame and the shower tile was still dirty. There was still hair around the edges of the bath tub. The mirrors were wiped down but the drawers inside the mirrors were completely filthy and not even touched. In the kitchen, the stove was cleaned up but the oven was not touched. There was still leftover burnt food in the bottom. The outside of the microwave was wiped down but the insides weren't touched and was still dirty. None of the drawers or shelves in the cabinets in the kitchen were cleaned and were still filthy. I had specifically showed the cleaning lady these areas and she completely avoided it. The balcony was slightly wiped down but still very dirty and the windows were not clean. The worst part is that the cleaner had time to put flyers under all of my neighbors doors on the floor but didn't have time to do a good job at cleaning. My wife and I spent the rest of the night properly cleaning the apartment. I sent Michael Scharf (CEO) an email explaining my disappointment and what had happened. I was told that they had scheduled a standard clean with the fridge added instead of a full move-out/in clean. Because they messed this part up, the cabinets and drawers were not supposed to have been cleaned. MyClean does not clean balconies which explains why that wasn't done. MyClean also doesn't expected me to supply a vacuum, mop and bucket to do a move-out clean. I was told that because of the dirtiness of the unit and the construction material set in the corner, it is expected that dust will resettle after a cleaning. But honestly, I told my tenant not to do a cleaning because he moved into an already dirty unit because MyClean messed up the cleaning the first time and I couldn't have him paying for a move-out clean if I couldn't provide him a move-in clean. Ridiculous. Also, the cleaning was supposed to have been for 4 hours and he didn't know why the cleaner left after 2.5 hrs. I was told that they would like to have a chance to fix this issue again but let's be honest, fool me once ... shame on me. Fool me twice ... shame on you.

    I wish i would've paid attention to the bad reviews. I scheduled a deep clean for my 530sqft apt. They were supposedly here 5 hours yet I have no idea what they did. My baseboards were not touched. There is dog hair and dust everywhere. Never cleaned my end tables and there is no way in hell they mopped. I left a real vacuum for them to use but it was not touched. Instead they just let my roomba run. I could've saved $200 and done it myself. I left an extremely detailed list of areas to do and it didn't happen. Complete ripoff. Oh and they didn't dispose of the trash. They left it outside my back door even after I left instructions of where it should go. **Edit** I've updated from one star to 3. A second cleaner came to my apartment today to do a reclean and is much better. I only upped it to 3 stars because the reliability of the cleaning and a couple things were still missed. Aka the trash still was not taken out properly. However, I do commend Ross for his quick response to the original bad cleaning.

I asked them to send someone else. I loved the second cleaner and had her for the longest time and she randomly stopped coming. They never even told me if they fired her or she left. I asked them to please not send anyone else besides her because she was the only one who did a good job. After a few times of her not showing up (they pretended she was just sick and kept sending other people) they had to fess up that she no longer worked there. Every person besides this one girl did horrible work. The company has so much turnover that I believe they also have bad working conditions. I think the owners pocket most of the money and pay their employees poorly which is why they cannot retain staff. I clearly wrote in the messages (screenshot attached below) that I cancelled service. They will do anything not to wrong their rights or help their customers. The cleaner literally admitted to me her vacuum was broken and the owner then claimed that was a lie and it worked fine. I then vacuumed myself with my own vacuum because I didn't want to leave my house so filthy after paying to have a poor job done. What pictures can I send if I already did YOUR job? You guys are a disgrace for a company LOL so go ahead and pretend that you cancelled me when you can see the text below showing I cancelled. Now I had to hire a new company which is very annoying but much better than dealing with the 2 rude owners of this place. Believe me-you can see all my reviews since I started using Yelp. It is very rare that I write a bad review and it is only with good reason. I would rather keep a cleaning company I have a multi year relationship with vs find someone new but they DO NOT care about keeping happy clients or employees. I feel bad for all the women cleaners who work here because they are underpaid and overworked. The ownership is AWFUL. Do yourself a favor and just find someone else. I have now hired Purific Cleaning Solutions and they are already 1000% times better at communicating than Get Clean. As soon as I use them I will write a review so you can see some other options. Get Clean is so rude and money hungry. Original Review: I am SO over this company. After 3 years I am finally cutting the cord. Anna and John are so unprofessional and do not care about customer service. All the workers are very sweet but they don't stay with the company due to the horrible management practices. I have been thinking about getting a new company for a while but it's been easier to just have them come biweekly. I had Ohla who was the BEST ever. She stopped working there and they didn't tell me until after sending someone to my house that I didn't know or approve. Today they sent someone new again and they didn't have a working vacuum. Mine was not charged so they couldn't even finish the job. I reached out to Anna and she said that they take care of their vacuums so it's not possible that the rug wasn't clean. I had to vacuum the house myself and asked them for a discount on my next service. She asked for photos and I said I already cleaned it myself when the cleaner left. I pay EXTRA to have them come with all the equipment and supplies. They just do what they want and do NOT care about customer service. Instead of calling me and trying to resolve Anna basically just said "okay cancel". After 3 years this is how you treat your customers? Okay I will make sure everyone in Chicago knows you guys have horrible business practices and treat your employees and customers like garbage. This is not the first time I have had issues with them but I have let a lot go. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. Don't even care enough to pick up the phone and talk to your customers just cancel and be rude via text. DO not use this company. It's not worth the headache even though they do have a few employees who do a good job. (Must have left due to the owners) When I have more time I will be adding more screenshots of rude texts I have received from them.

I have never had my home professionally cleaned before, but I decided to splurge and hire CCH to clean the condo I just bought as I knew the previous owners had a child, a pet, and more likely than not wore shoes in the house. I quickly received a quote (which ended up being accurate) and set the appointment for a few hours after my closing meeting. The cleaners texted me to let me know they were on their way. They arrived on time and we walked through the unit together while I pointed out the areas I wanted cleaned with focus on the floors, appliances, and bathrooms. They set to work and as they completed an area, they would ask for us to review. Everything generally looked good - we pointed out some spots on the floor that were still present after that area was done and they said the spots would not come out. The floors visually looked good after they were finished, but after they left and I walked around barefoot for the rest of the night/the next morning, I found that the soles of my feet were black from dirt. I brought this up to the owner who gave me the choice of having them come back to clean the floor again (since it was within a 24 hour guarantee window) or a partial refund. I opted for the partial refund as it was inconvenient for me to have them come back. I then spent a few hours recleaning the floor myself with Bona hardwood floor cleaner (which took care of the spots as well). Over the next day I also noticed some light grime on the kitchen cabinet handles and inside the refrigerator that had been missed. I think CCH would be great for a general, surface to mid-level clean and then just do some detailed work yourself afterwards. Thank you to the owner for working with me on a resolution!

We just needed a deep cleaning for a move-out including appliances and cabinets. Realtors and buyers had come through the apartment for showings. No one had remarked on the cleanliness of the place as a major issue. Even new kitchen counters had been recently installed, so we weren't expecting major issues other than a good scrubbing of appliances. Thinking everything was fine especially for a smaller space. I left the apartment for 2+ hours - hoping to come back to a clean place. Unfortunately, I couldn't discern a noticeable difference in cleanliness of the kitchen. I ask the cleaner what's been cleaned in the last three hours - opening cabinets and pointing to the dust. After three hours, I just asked for the cleaner to leave. Gia's explanation was that the apartment was "pretty dirty and not brand new so it's just difficult to get rid of everything for the first time cleaning". I couldn't see though that much had been cleaned. Even the brand new counters looked dirtier than before. I ended up just wiping down the counters and picking up a broom - sweeping to see that there was still dust on the floor. The cabinets still unopened and items hadn't even shifted. The appliances had visible crumbs and dirt streaks/smudges. Definitely disappointed after shelling out $160 even after asking them to leave. It was more of a hassle to deal with scheduling the cleaner, leaving the apartment / picking up cash, and still to clean the apartment. After they left, neither myself or husband could tell what was cleaned. I'm just going to have to go through the expense of hiring another cleaner.
