All Pro absolutely destroyed my husbands expensive designer shirt, then had the audacity to blame him and called the shirt cheap and low quality. First of all the shirt is couture, and was not remotely cheap, and has only been worn a hand full of times. Secondly I don't care if the shirt was from Walmart, if we take it to get dry cleaned without a hole and then get it back and the arm of the shirt is ripped with a huge hole that's beyond repair I'd expect an apology or an offer to fix it AT THE VERY LEAST. This was not done. In fact they blamed my husband. We have been in this neighborhood for a long time and will make sure to tell all of our neighbors to never go here. The owner is rude, condescending and completely unprofessional. Do not spend your money here. read more

Roger and Sunny are incredibly friendly and professional, the prices are reasonable but most importantly they really know what they're doing and take great care of your clothes. I started going to All Pro Cleaners 5+ years ago because it was close to my house, and it was one of the reasons I was most sad to leave the neighborhood. I had the most horrible experience I've ever had with a dry cleaners here. I took a sweater to get cleaned, and at first when I went to pick it up, they told me they couldn't find it. When I called back again a week later, they said that they had found it, but they ruined it (it was a white alpaca sweater that had gotten black spots all over it during the cleaning process). I politely asked them to refund me the cost of the sweater (it was new and still available for purchase - I provided receipts etc). They said they would replace it. I said no problem, I totally understand that mistakes happen! I explicitly asked them to replace it with a new sweater (and ideally just provide me cash) so I could buy it myself. They said their policy was they needed to replace it, but promised it wouldn't be used / second hand. When I went to pick up the "new" sweater, it had dog hair on it, no tags, and very clearly had been pre owned. At first, Roger lied to me, trying to convince me it was new. Then he eventually admitted I was right, it was pre-owned. I asked him again to just refund me the cost of the sweater, and he told me the best he could do was pay me 50% of the cost via venmo. Throughout the entire process, he was extremely aggressive and rude. I live in the neighborhood and was so disappointed to need to find a new dry cleaners but would absolutely never trust them with any of my clothing again. read more

I was an idiot and forgot to pick up my clothes the day before I was headed out of town, and they still generously came in (after they closed!) and let me pick it up. I brought my $500 winter coat to get cleaned and the lady ripped the side of my coat. I left without her telling me it had ripped. I had to go back and drop it back off. She kept saying "I'm not going to charge you to fix this" even though it was their fault. She still charged me to get it cleaned. After my sweets inquired of my assistance in finding him a dry cleaner for his dress work clothes and reading the glowing reviews of this place, I sent him over. And so he went. Not sure he'll head back though. He dropped a large pile of button downs and pants on a Monday, picked up the following Thursday. I'm not entirely sure if that's their typical time frame or if that was his plan. He picked everything up and the shirts had sooo much starch on them, they're literally like cardboard. They told him that's how they're done. But yet the sleeves are still wrinkly. The pressing in general didn't impress me, which is the whole reason he wanted a dry cleaner; they press so he saves time and doesn't have to. Hm, that's disappointing. Yes, he irons his own shirts -- nice, right?! Anyway, his tab was near forty bucks which he felt was higher than average. So yeah, cardboard and wrinkles and not great pressing kind of defeat the point. Unfortunately, the search will continue. read more

Poor experience staff was rude. Had to go twice for my dry cleaning as it wasn't done the first time. Tried to talk to the staff and they were inappropriate in response. I was very disappointed with my experience at this business. I recently moved to Logan Square and chose this dry cleaners because of the positive reviews. I've gone to All Pro Cleaners twice now with over 20 items each month. First time here I had no issues and I was satisfied with my dry cleaning. Second time was a completely different story. I was told my dry cleaning would be ready by 4pm on Tuesday. I called to make sure everything was ready to be picked up prior to making the trip and the lady said, "yes everything is ready for pick up." So I drove there to find out one of my shirts was missing. They said it is probably being soaked due to a stain and to come back another day. They stated they would call me when the shirt is ready for pick up. I called the next day and was told it was ready to be picked up. It had a hole on the back of the shirt so it wasn't cleaned. My fiancé and I drive to all pro cleaners again and there is indeed a hole in the back of the shirt that I never noticed or I wouldn't have taken it to be dry cleaned( the hole was not caused by them). The lady said she found my shirt yesterday. We shared our disappointment since we made two trips to get our dry cleaning even though I called originally to make sure the dry cleaning was ready for pick up. Also,nobody called me even though the gentleman working there said he would call me as soon as my shirt was found. The gentleman working there(never got his name) ends up saying "yes, we hear you loud and clear. Our mistake." As we walked out, we heard him say, " what bullshit." my fiancé turned around and said, "excuse me?". The gentleman said he was talking to another customer. We were the only ones there. Side note: we were just having a normal dialogue. No shouting or cussing so that behavior wasn't warranted. We were looking for a long term place to do our dry cleaning, but we will be taking our business elsewhere after this experience. read more
