Dr. Bellegarrigue is a knowledgeable and compassionate dentist. It is clear that he loves what he's doing and wants to help his patients be as comfortable and anxiety-free as possible. He explains everything he's doing and won't persuade you into buying anything you don't need. I have always hated the sound of the drill at dentist's office and ever since he realized that, he has consciously been as quiet and as gentle as he can with the drill, even if he's just next to me filing down my crown or my retainer. Dr. Belle's medical assistants and front office staff are always so welcoming to me and remember small details about our past conversations. The office is well decorated and comfortable with plenty of seating and a nice bathroom. Masks are required which I so appreciate and hand sanitizer is available anywhere you turn. I have had pretty bad luck with dentists in the past, but I will not stop singing the praises of this office!

His genuinely friendly staff calmed my worries during the first visit. First impression of the layout and decor was "outdated, in serious need of some love." I think they've started renovating but don't let that discourage you. I've been several times and enjoyed each visit, even when I was in pain or discomfort from pre-existing conditions. The hygienist (I forgot to ask her name) was in a rush and my guess is that she had to keep it to 30 minutes, no more. She didn't get an area in the back of my mouth that had tartar build up. NO GOOD. When she was finished, I had to pry my fingers off the chair handles, stop shaking, and actually breathe. But, this visit was the total opposite. My hygienist. Maylene, listened to me explain my trouble areas that needed special attention. She took the time to eradicate all the plaque and tarter and wasn't in a rush. I had more tarter and plaque than I knew, but she did what it took to get the job done. She recommended I get a Water Pick to thoroughly clean my trouble spots. I'm following her instructions and hope my next cleaning is handled by Maylene. I recommend you ask for her by name.
