This is the worst dental office imaginable. They are dodging my daughters calls after they did a Jackie job on her teeth. She's been trying to call for two days and they dodged her call. I called from my phone and he answered. He then hung up on us. Avoid this office.. update The reply is a complete lie. I only got involved because you kept dodging her phone calls. She called over and over and you didn't answer but you answered the minute it was a different phone number. No one was sick and pain medication, I never even ask for pain medication. I just said my daughter was in pain for two days crying and you were dodging her phone calls. You hung up the phone twice on us, and then stopped answering when we tried calling back. Not only are you a shitty dentist. You're also a liar. My daughter wasn't happy with her service, she was sad that she put her trust in you and you let her down. You're trying to spin this like we're looking for pain medication's or something but that's not the case. No one mentioned pain medication, we simply said she was in pain and you would not answer the phone. Anyone reading this, please avoid this, Dentist . I have no reason to lie. I have nothing personal against this dentist office. I'm only showing you what our experience was like. Read all the generic replies they give to all the complaints. TO DR. WAHBA: I went to Dr. Wahba's office for the 1st time on January 21st, 2021 for an initial dental exam and assessment. By the end of my visit, I was given an estimate for a dental work of over 2k after discount. I signed all necessary forms and paid for my future treatment IN ADVANCE.. Due to distance and my work schedule, I requested to have my dental work done in one visit, based on which, I was given an appointment after MORE THAN 2 MONTHS on April 1st at 1:30 pm. A day prior my appointment, I received a text message with a different patient's name to confirm their appointment the next day at 2:00 pm. I just deleted it assuming it was sent to me by mistake. Mistakes do happen and that wasn't such a big deal for me. On my appointment day, I showed up 20 mins earlier to accommodate for any COVID-19-related questionnaire that needs to be signed at check-in. The first thing the office manager, Maria, welcomed me with was "We've been trying to reach out to you to confirm your appointment, but your phone isn't working or sends us straight to voicemail". I told her my phone was working just fine and I did receive a text msg with a different patient's name and wrong appointment time that I just deleted since my appointment was already booked over 2 months ago and I paid in full for my treatment. She then added that the Dr. Wahba wasn't in the office that day and I can only get a dental cleaning done!!! I got very frustrated for the fact that she obviously was trying to blame me for keeping my appointment while the doctor wasn't there after such a long waiting time!!!! Without further questions or unnecessary back and forth argument, I asked her to please issue me a full refund for the amount I paid on my 1st visit and asked if she needed my card to process the refund. She told me that the POS terminal won't allow her to issue the refund due to the large amount paid and that I needed to wait until Dr. Wahba returns to the office. I told her that she needed to call Dr. Wahba or whoever was in charge immediately and figure this out for I wasn't coming back again for a refund, she then added that Dr. Wahba was OUT OF THE COUNTRY!!! When I escalated and told her I wasn't leaving the building without my money, she finally asked me to insert my card into the terminal, then key in my card information so she can process the refund!!! My refund was processed successfully and I left the office in obvious frustration because of the way they handled my long-awaited dental appointment and my refund. I called the office again later that day and requested a copy of my medical records and x-ray images to be emailed to me. Filled out the authorization to release medical records via email and shortly after I received a digital copy of my x-ray images. In the email body, the office manager apologized for not being able to meet my scheduled appointment because "DOCTOR WAHBA HAD A FAMILY EMERGENCY AND WAS OUT THE OFFICE TODAY". Dr. Wahba is a GREAT dentist along with his dental assistant Rachel! He has saved me lots of money by doing my oral surgeries when other dentist have referred me out to a specialist. I really appreciate the manager Maria explaining all the details and going over the finances with me and helping me get my dental needs in a affordable manner. Marcia the hygienist always makes my hygiene visits comfortable and pleasant. I look forward to my dental visits now. I am grateful that St. Luke's Dental works with me when I am running late or need to change an appointment. My other doctors offices charge an immediate fee for not showing up or not confirming. People fail to understand that communication is key especially when running a business. Time is set aside and people need to respect that by confirming appointments. I have been going to this dental practice for 2 years. The dental assistants are always friendly and kind. I have had basic cleanings, a crown, and a chipped tooth taken care of. Dr. Wahba is professional and I have never been pressured to get any work done that really wasn't necessary. It's been easy to schedule appointments in a timely manner and also reschedule if anything has come up. read more

Do not let the Christian sounding name fool you. This place is running a scam like you will not believe. Unfortunately, I had to change dentists because my wife changed jobs and that's how I ended up here. Upon arrival, I found out that my initial visit would cost $130. This was explained to me as being due to having to do photos and x-rays and initial consultation nonsense. The nurse told me that this isn't every time, it's just for the first visit. OK... I can accept that. I went back and sat in the chair and they took some x-rays of my mouth. Then the doctor came in and went over my teeth and gave me a little survey. He left and the nurse from the front desk comes in with a clipboard telling me that I have huge oral hygiene issues, I have build up on my gums, and I need a "deep cleaning." This will cost $530. Keep in mind, I go to the dentist every six months. It's not like there was a large gap in visits. I look at this outrageous bill and say "I just want a simple cleaning. That's it." The nurse start saying "well, the doctor recommends this based on your mouth..." I asked her how all this could happen in between normal schedule cleanings, but I notice she starts knocking stuff off the bill saying "well, you can do this which is a little less expensive..." I started feeling like I was at an auto mechanic. At this point, I went into the red and my blood pressure is going off the charts. I ripped off the bib, and just said "I'm out of here." I stormed out the door and didn't look back. $660 for a cleaning. WITH INSURANCE. I wasn't born yesterday. You may have student loans, Doc, but I'm not paying them. I once got a quote from an oral surgeon to have my wisdom teeth removed. It was $800. That's a surgery. They wanted $660 for a regularly scheduled cleaning WITH insurance. I CANNOT warn you enough to steer clear of this place. They'll probably take a kidney from you when you're not looking. read more

Definitely recommend Dr. Wahba!!! Had an abscessed tooth and was in so much pain, called him on a Saturday and within 30 minutes I was in his office and he was taking care of me! Unprofessional and unethical. They are running a 'deal' on groupon that is just FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! The deal/promotion says 2 implants with abundant, exams and Xrays for $2700. I go there, they exam me and the doctor says ok looks like implants is the best route for you. I will run the treatment plan and pricing. I mentioned the groupon and immediately he looked at the assistant and she said 'oh, why would you buy it before coming in here' I say well I already knew I needed implants and you guys just confirmed it. They both left the room , came back 10 mins after with the actual total cost of the service $8k! Why not specify that in the groupon? Why not be honest and ethical?
