I was told he wasn't allowed to speak to me while helping other customer. Took him 2 seconds to answer my question. Never even said hello to us. I even called and spoke to Verizon customer service for a whole hour waiting for this guy to acknowledge me. He never did. I had to finally interrupt him to ask him my question cause he was going to take another hour helping this other guy. Not even helping, scrolling his phone, while the customer set up his phone. I sat here 2 hours and 45 minutes for nothing.

Took 4 trips to the place to finally be able to speak with the manager despite leaving my name and number with 2 separate employees. The manager's response to "Your employee told me to do this" is " I'll have to sit down and talk with him so he knows better in the future. Maybe Verizon will let you set up a payment plan." Stay far away from this shady place. I now owe Verizon 895$ in two weeks. I don't know where that money is going to come from.
