When you give them that much notice and they won't give your deposit back then I would say don't trust them. Sketchy business. Find a different place to go where they are more customer service oriented and not just about taking your money. Even spoke with the owner and he doesn't care either.

Years ago, I needed an install kit for a stereo I recieved as a gift. Figured I would keep the…read moremoney in town and buy local. I was astounded at the poor customer service and rudeness. (I realize I wasn't making them rich however, couldn't you at least be courtious?) Well, I did get a kit and it worked. Went in again today after a few years, again for a small part, figuring everyone has an off day so I'd try again. Wrong. I'm sure if I was going to buy a whole system they'd be all over it. But, because it was a small component the guy told me what I needed to provide without the slightest "let me help you out" attitude. Finally just left after realizing I had "ruined" his day, (without what I needed). It's his business to run any way he likes but I'll never darken his door steps again and I'm sure he couldn't care less.

Can't recommend these guys enough…read more They've been in business forever and white every one of they old competitors have been pushed out of business by the big chain stores, they are still serving Tullahoma. I had a bathroom ceiling light/exhaust/heater that quit heating. I took it to them & they showed me the bad part (for free) looked it up from their suppliers & found they couldn't order it, but sent me home with the correct information and told me if I spent a few hours on the internet I could probably find it. More like 2 days, but I found the part ordered it and then decided that I should have them install it, so I didn't end up burning down my house. They put it together and tested it for me, for free! They repair flat screen TVs & all household appliances. They also sell & install. Hometown service & just good guys. They've won me over as a customer.
