I was offered a promo on my S23 Samsung by them & now there is no paper to be found by them to have me prove this, so now they somehow lost my S23 & can't find it. Took 4 trips to the place to finally be able to speak with the manager despite leaving my name and number with 2 separate employees. The manager's response to "Your employee told me to do this" is " I'll have to sit down and talk with him so he knows better in the future. Maybe Verizon will let you set up a payment plan." Stay far away from this shady place. I now owe Verizon 895$ in two weeks. I don't know where that money is going to come from.

Because of the way she activated the accounts it took me about 4-5 hours on the phone and in the store to get the phone numbers corrected. Their wifi in the store was so bad, my husband had to take his phone home to switch the information. I'm not so sure switching to Verizon was the right thing to do. Just spent another hour on the phone trying to get the billing straightened out. what a headache.
