I used a company benefit to engage Myers Urbatsch for my estate planning. Was a little worried that I'd rate second class given the benefit versus being a private client, but not once did they make me feel less than a top priority. I worked with Matthew M. Mraule in 2012 to do a iron clad (!) Will/Living Trust etc. (estranged to my brother and his family for years), Matthew was absolutely easy to work with and guided me on all aspects of how, what, etc. I had to do a minor change in 2013 and another change this year (2015), all was handled with great care. As parents with young kids, there are several "to do" checklist items and one of them is to complete an estate plan. After completing the process with Myers Urbatsch, we feel relieved, safe and smarter about our decisions about guardianship, healthcare directive, trust, will, etc. Putting it in writing makes it official and our kids will be ok should something happened to us. We informed our short list of guardians and trust participants of their roles and our wishes. They are all on board and prepared.
