I have had a few roofs replaced over the years, and I can honestly say that the workmanship on my roof this time is superior to previous experiences. They made sure to upgrade certain things that were out of code, like the decking under the shingles, and insured that my low pitch roof, which required rolled roofing was installed correctly, using bonding materials that will ensure its integrity and long life. They even painted my metal chimney the same color as my roof! It looks great. Additionally, they covered all of my foliage with tarps to protect them from any damage, and after the project was complete, other than the new roof, they cleaned up so well it was as if no one had been there. I would highly recommend Lumen. They are a quality company, with an extremely high level of honesty and integrity.

I called and text Ray several times and explain the issue that the leak is active. He said he would come out again if the work was approved by the home warranty. Home warranty approved but Ray refused to return to fix the issue. What I don't understand is why Ray doesn't guarantee the repair when he was paid to inspect and complete the service? and the issue wasn't fix but slightly worse. Ray - you should either return the payment or perform the service you were paid for. I have the maintenance request plus pictures - if proof are needed.

After a fairly rainy season, we had water damage inside our family room appearing along the seam…read morewhere the wall connected to the vaulted ceiling. It was a fairly long seam developing a crack, perhaps 8', but it did seem to us that the problem was originating at the top of the seam with the water running down the sloped ceiling. We had one company out and despite inspection of the roof they weren't able to pinpoint the issue... leaving us with one estimate to fix random "potential" sources of the problem and another quote to redo that entire side of the roof (even tho the shingles still had plenty of life time remaining). We called Ray for a second opinion. His inspection confirmed the roof is still good but revealed one shingle nail which had come loose, allowing rain to get under the shingle, etc. and run down the ceiling seam thanks to gravity. He patched up the bad spot in the shingle for very minimal cost. We waited three weeks, through some more rain, and confirmed that the drywall which was being damaged was now continually dry. Problem fixed! Ray then came out and repaired the damaged drywall seam between the wall and ceiling for very minimal cost. Ray is a gifted workman and honorable gentleman. Highly recommend.

The first big difference we saw in owner Keith came when he we the only roofer that didn't use a drone and respectfully worked with the insurance adjuster so to help insure our claim wouldn't be denied again. Keith came highly recommended by people that are respected members of local communities. After meeting with Keith, I understand why. He is always around, is highly schooled and an expert on the different grades and brands of Shingles, and most impressive, Keith uses just one crew for his residential work! That speaks volumes as most roofers use whatever crew is avaliable. When it came time to pay them, the estimate number was exactly what we paid. Even had the gall to say that despite it leaking, it is not a workmanship or materials issue. Two other contractors both stated that they would like to do the repairs and gain some additional work, but they were sure that this should be covered by the contractor warranty. I ended having to pay ~$1450 to fix something that they messed up. We discovered several areas where corners were cut. Needless to say, I do not recommend Pro Construct Roofing.

He also informed me that the original contractor put in the wrong vents on the roof. He took those off and installed the correct ones. Also I had storm damage to only two window screens, he not only repaired these he took every screen along that side of the house and replaced them to match the ones that were damaged. His crew was very polite, did not damage any of my plants and I have a lot. They cleaned up and left my house in the manner they found it. I would recommend Brandon to come by your house to see if you have storm damage like I did. He has done more than 4 houses on our street alone and everyone has given him an compliment. He came promptly, and gave us a complete inspection with pictures. He then performed the needed repairs a few days later, and at very good price. I used New Leaf to roof my previous home, and was exceptionally pleased then as well. Both times Jordon was able to accomplish everything in good time, and at a good price. And we have always been most pleased about the quality of work. Find a roofer is both good and honest in this area can be quite challenging, but we have been very pleased !

I gave New Leaf Roofing 2 stars on their Facebook page and they responded by saying my review and personal Facebook account was a fake. Please see attached photo/screenshoot 1. On March 9th around 1130 am, I spoke to the owner ( Jordan) and asked to get a estimate for my roof. The first question asked by Jordan was to see my insurance estimate. Shouldn't a good, honest, reliable roofer look at my roof first BEFORE looking to see how much my insurance is going to pay????? I have a large deductible and many roofing companies will not make much money off of me. I was a little skeptical and unsure but I went ahead and made a appointment with Jordan the same day, March 9th at 5 pm. After our phone conversation, I emailed him a copy of my insurance estimate that he requested (See photo 2). He never showed up. No phone call. No text. Nothing. Around 530 pm, I called Jordan and asked if he was still coming. Jordan didn't sound shocked nor surprised that he missed a appointment. He stated he was working on something and overlooked my appointment. His excuse was he had grease all over himself and was embarrassed to be seen. Jordan offered to come by the next day and assess my roof. I made a appointment for the next day but decided to cancel. From this experience and my first impression, I would not recommend New Leaf Roofing.
