On February 6, I went to get my glasses only to learn that the left lens is off, explaining my blurred vision when I worn them. OMG, it is a simple order. The staff lies, deflects, misdirects and avoid taking any responsibility. I regret going there. BTW, I still don't have the glasses which between myself and my insurance company, have paid Picard over $500. This place is awful. They offer no solutions, JUST PROBLEMS!

Picard helped us with no hesitation; I'm not even a client of theirs! In fact, they went above and beyond as they were about too close and still went out of their way to help us.
