They welcomed me, and asked me to fill out my new patient paper work. When I was done, and went back to the front counter there was a lady that I believe is the Office Mgr, I could barely understand her, but she made it seem as if this photo option that was not covered by my insurance was not an option, so I agreed to it, she said "okay only $39 more". So then I was called back by Sharron, which further explained the photo option that was not covered by my insurance. I decided that I did not need, so I opted out of doing it, she said fine but you should consider it next time, and explained the benefits, I said I sure will. Then here comes the Office Mgr saying "he's doing it!" I said no I'll consider it next time. That was sorta awkward, how she was trying to up sell this option. But Sharron was the super star that made me super comfortable. Dr. Chen is extremely personable, and knowledgeable of his craft, he explained all my options, and gave his recommendations. I explained that there should not be a charge and to please explain what it's for.
