Celebrited my boys birthday, today. He loves his poutines and him along with us was not disappointed!

Delicious, fresh, made to order, baked fries, not greasy with lots of topping. I had the Chilli Cheese Fries and my husband had the Philly Steak Fries. They were so good that when asked if there were gluten free options we were informed that all the items on the menu are gluten free - we could not tell the difference. Toppings spread throughout the fries so you get topping and French fry with every bite. Four stars only because I like a larger fry as opposed to the shoe string skinny fry, but that's more just preference. If I could do 4.5 for that I would have. If you like poutines you must give this place a try. We will be regulars at future Edmonton trips.

My Fries is a family run business that is a family favourite of ours! We have food sensitivies (celiac/nuts) and it's such a treat to eat somewhere you know is completely safe. The concept is so clever, the food is so good, and the people serving are so lovely! Every visit you are made to feel like a part of the family and the food is always on point. So many different varieties of poutine to choose from and all so tasty! It's a given that if we drive into the city for anything My Fries is also on the itinerary! We simply could not recommend this awesome casual dining location enough. I wish they were located a little closer to us, but we are more than willing to make the drive for the total experience! Thank you My Fries Family, you rock!

Awesome fries! They are not deep fried either -- they use some sort futuristic machine that bakes them instead. You won't miss the deep fried flavour, and your waist won't miss the fat. A lot of things are Gluten free, just ask. They sound very knowledgeable about the ingredients that they use too. The place was very clean and kind of funky for a fast food joint. We bought two different items - the pulled pork fires and the donair fries. They were both great! I really enjoyed my donair fries and would definitely order them again. I tried some of the pulled pork fries and they were great as well. I am looking forward to go again. I would like to try some of their other flavours but those donair fries left me wanting them again!

Parking is abundant here as this area is still developing. This place itself is not baby or toddler friendly. No high chairs or boosters or change table. Venue is simply decorated with a modern theme. Very clean, nice ambience for a low key date. Seating areas separated by string beads. Seating uses bar stools & high off the ground which doesn't appeal to me as a shortie. Food is made quickly and orders are customizable, love how the fries are "baked" rather than cooked in oil. I feel like they are heavy on toppings. Poutine menu options pack some serious flavor punches in my opinion. Retro Coca Cola style bottles are available for a slightly higher price, however, there is a decent selection of other bottled sodas as well. I had pulled pork poutine on sweet potato fries with aioli. Flavour was tangy, hint of heat and lots of sweetness... bordering on too much...Maybe I'll get regular fries with that poutine next time. But there are many different combos I still want to try. Price is reasonable and it's served in takeout boxes which is handy because a regular serving is too filling for one sitting.

The chilis and jalapeños on the chicken provided a savoury , flavourful contrast to the sweetness of the soy sauce, and wasn't too spicy. I like that they added some rice sticks to the chicken.

The sauce is sweet with a bit of heat but too sweet for my taste & too much of it. The poutine was a good amount of cheese & gravy but the fries were undercooked. The bubble tea was not good. All powder & the pearls tasted stale. The service sadly was not good. The one man who was there was very nice & polite so this isn't his fault but he was the only one there. There was one customer eating when I went in, then after ordering a couple came in, then a group of 3. I waited just over 15 minutes. It would have been nice to sip on the bubble tea while I waited but you can't have one person taking phone orders, counter orders, cooking, & making bubble teas & not have something suffer. I don't know if they're short staffed or someone is just cheap but there should have been another person there. I would go back & try it again with a different sauce & maybe ask for it on the side. A last note, their website would not open on both my iPhone & iPad.

This is a wonderful addition to Edmonton's vegan food scene. Fast food of all kinds - including…read morepizza, burgers, breakfast sandwiches, and more - all plant-based. The place itself seems a bit sterile, and you have to order via a kiosk paying with a card, and I found the process at first rather confusing. There was a person behind the counter who helped me. The food is reasonably priced and delicious, with a wide variety as I previously mentioned. If you are vegan, or vegan-curious, definitely check this place out.

This review is based on my experience at their new Vancouver, B.C. location…read more.. We've been wanting to visit Odd Burger's new Vancouver location since it opened in late November of 2024. When visiting Edmonton last May, we didn't find out until our last day about their Edmonton grand opening and thus ended up missing out .. oops I'm happy to say we were finally able to make it out this past Friday!!! Oh my goodness, this place rocks and really makes me yearn for a vegan fast food place in Seattle-area. I love how friendly the staff was and, how customizable your food can be. When ordering, you can place your order using one of the two kiosks available to patrons. The kiosks are big, bright, speedy, overall just super easy to use! Their breakfast options are available all day (nice!). We went with a Maple Crunch Breakfast Sammy, great sandwich combination of the english muffin, hash brown, tofu and, melty cheese! My wife ordered the Chickun Cordon Bleu, delicious hand formed seitan chickun filet, with ham, cheese and a perfect amount of mayo, enough to keep the bread from being dry but not so much that it was overwhelming. I chose the Bacun Famous Melt with a chickpea patty. So, this gives me an opportunity to detail how attentive and sweet the staff are. I mentioned earlier how customizable your options are. So, for example, if you wanted a gluten free option, when using the kiosk .. there wasn't a separate listing for a gluten free sandwich, instead you choose the type of patty and type of bun that you'd prefer (in addition to other aspects that you can customize). In this manner, you select the type of sandwich you're looking for but then select the gluten free options. I'm not gluten free but I was really curious to try their chickpea patty. A few minutes after we placed the order at the kiosk, one of the staff came over to verify if I didn't mean to order a gluten free bun as well (given that I had chosen a patty that happened to be gluten free) as well as asked about the bacun (as that too has gluten). I can't speak enough for that level of care and attention to me, as a customer .. *wow*! I'm glad I chose the chickpea patty, it did not disappoint, had a wonderful flavor and crisp bite, coupled with their house-made bacun and secret sauce . Well, what's not a secret is how delectable the sandwich was! We ordered two additional items, one of which was the Smokey Pulled Jack Tater Tot Poutine. This is easily large enough to feed two people, all kinds of flavors happening there ... some kind of poutine magic! Last, but definitely not least .. the Strawberry Shortcake Sundae. I need to emphasize that Strawberry Shortcake was one of my favorite desserts growing up and even way before veganism was a thing, this dessert wasn't the easiest to get right because it takes the right balance of ice cream to strawberry goodness and the cake, the amount and consistency of the cake is always what makes or breaks this dessert. Well, if I'm being totally honest ...this was 1,000% spot on, exactly as I remember my favorite dessert to be from back in the day. There was plenty of cake .. but not too much, and it was just the right texture to balance with the dessert, no joke! Odd Burgers has a number of locations throughout Canada. Locally, there's the one in Vancouver and another in Victoria. There's also a location in Calgary, one in Edmonton with another on the way, as well one in Regina (Saskatchewan) and quite a few throughout Ontario. That's good news because if you're visiting Canada, chances are there's one nearby to check out. I've heard rumblings that they might expand one day in Washington, no idea if that'll come to fruition or not but ... fingers crossed!!!
