We ended up scheduling an appointment for the next day. We came in with so many concerns and questions and a lot of anxiety around the decision of whether or not do a frenectomy. Both Gaby and Maria (occupational therapist) took their time with us, did a very thorough assessment with our son, made us feel a lot more at ease about the whole process and were extremely informative. They were so good with him and knew exactly what to look for. They shared lots of context and experience with us along the way. We felt like they had a very human and unbiased approach to everything, including sharing their own personal experiences as parents themselves. We came away feeling at peace about what to do next, which for us was to not to do the surgery and just focus on developmental exercises at home. The office was really cute, clean, and had a nice atmosphere too. My wife and I walked out and immediately said we have to write a review because it was such an incredible experience.
