We've worked with several teachers for our kids so we have a good perspective when it comes to quality and Tara and Devori are top-notch - levels above most other teachers we've worked with. I really liked this place in the beginning however the administrative side to this establishment is truly aggravating. Communication is not their strong suit unfortunately. This seems to be an unfortunate pattern as we've been here for quite some time. However things seem to have progressed for the worse. All though Jess is sweet she clearly needs help. Evaluations/goals are not completed on time and I've had to remind them on numerous occasions. I've requested reports and have yet to receive them. The turn around in staff seems to be on going. OT has been inconsistent in terms of them finding a replacement once one leaves. Our old OT mentioned they gave them a 3 month notice and yet had no replacement for months after they left. This wasn't the first time this has happened! Truly unfair for my little to have lengthy gaps in therapy! I know things happen but again this seems to be a pattern here! The newest OT Devori has been very inconsistent and unfriendly at times. All I hear are excuses and never any solutions nor accountability for that matter. I have no idea what is going on half of the time and it seems neither do they! read more

The administrative side is very disorganized. Appointments are often double-booked, and there is little to no communication when your child's regular therapist is out. He walked me through each activity he would have Aubree do and explain the importance of it. My son completed his last speech session this week. I am grateful for the exceptional services LA Speech Therapy Solutions have provided to our family. My son had three speech therapists over the course of 18 months. We started with the zoom sessions in the earlier pandemic, and then in person at the center, then switched to school visit session. All of his Speech therapists, Amber Frazier, Liliana Zazueta, and Jennifer Ainhorn were always courteous, patient and extremely knowledgeable. With their help, my son had great time learning and flourishing. (Now he won't stop talking ). Especially when we transitioned him to a full time daycare, Jess (Office Manager) quickly coordinated a therapist to come to his daycare. I've never actually met Jennifer in person. However, she has been communicating with me in detail over the phone and messages about his progress. She also graciously followed school's protocol during the Covid surge and even took two Covid tests per school's request. His daycare teachers have let me know what pleasant person Jennifer is. Katy Croshier is an absolutely magical speech therapist. She is so gifted at connecting with young children in engaging and respectful ways. She makes it a point of finding out their interests - she even learned to play my son's favorite garbage truck song on the xylophone! Before we found Katy, we'd worked with a less experienced therapist for 3 months and in that time my son never uttered a single word to her. My gut told me to look for someone else so after hearing rave reviews, we met with Katey and somehow she got my son to cooperate in his first session! We were so lucky to have Allyanna as our speech therapist! She met with our daughter weekly via zoom for many months. When we first began, I had no idea how effective or motivating lessons on zoom would be for a young preschooler. However, we gave it a chance and Allyanna exceeded all expectations! She was always able to capture our daughter's focus and attention by making the lessons fun. Lessons were woven together with games that related to my daughter's interest. Instead of a potentially frustrating experience for a kid who had a bunch of letters that needed help, the journey was playful and effective. At the end of each session, Allyanna would check in with me and discuss what they had worked on and inform me how we could be helping her with speech practice during the week. She paid close attention to our daughter's development and we heard the progress being made. When our daughter's R and L sounds started forming naturally in her speech, we knew that we were close to graduating time and that our daughter would be so sad not to see Allyanna weekly. We were right, our daughter just wanted to continue with speech zoom classes?! Our daughter is in kindergarten now and doing so well. We're glad we put the work, time, and energy into her speech development when we did. We attribute so much of her speech progress to the guidance and help Allyanna provided. I could not be more grateful to have such wonderful speech and occupational therapists. I can say my son is a pretty timid and shy child and doesn't take to well with strangers. April and Sherry knew that about my son and they have both been so patient. They took baby steps and allowed dad and myself to participate in the sessions until my son was ready to be on his own. They connected with my son so well, my son was already super excited and had the biggest smile pulling up to the parking lot. He would run straight into April or Sherrys arms. I couldn't believe the progress he had made in such little time. By the first week my son was able to use sign language and use 4 phrases, he consistently uses signing till this day. My son's vowel sounds have been so much better. He can easily mimic single syllables words and some 2 syllable words. April just had a magic touch. She knew how to keep him engaged and focused on one task at a time. (And everyone knows how difficult that can be with a two year old) Thank you so much April. Sherry has made a ton of progress with OT as well. He gained so much confidence in jumping and holding utensils properly. Sherry introduced many sensory type activities, again building his confidence with textures and games. Sherry was always so sweet and warm. My son has been having appointments twice a week with this company for about 6 months. His language skills have exploded since attending these appointments. The timing was unfortunate as Covid happened right after he got his in home evaluations. That means all of his appointments have been online but they still manage to do a great job giving us, the parents, all the skills we need to help him improve. When he was evaluated at 1 & 9 months old some of his skills were at less then a 1 year old. Now he's 2 and 3 months old but he's evaluated to be 6 months ahead for his age! I can't believe I'm writing this review so late. My daughter went to this clinic for year or so & aged out at 3 from regional. She had speech & OT here. She started speech with Liliana who was super patient with my daughter, who was not the easiest toddler at that time. I loved the way she worked with my daughter even through the tiny tantrums and she even gave me tips so we can practice at home. We then had Gabby who was also amazing. My daughter was always bummed when her sessions were over. She wanted to keep playing with her. For OT, we had Sherry who helped us navigate the picky eating stage & sensory issues. She overcame a lot of sensory and fine motor skills because of Sherry! These ladies were amazing! Also Jess in the front was wonderful too! highly recommend! My son, Allesandro was receiving speech therapy twice a week since he was 22 months. With my work schedule being inconsistent each week, my son had seen so many therapists, they all are great. But Allyanna was present from beginning to end. Since COVID had to happen, Allyanna was in charge of telehealth for Allesandro to continue his services. Since March Allesandro made so many improvements and gain a wide variety of language tools, from verbs to prepositions. There are not too many 2 years olds that look forward to going to speech, especially when you have to log onto a computer. However, after only over a year with working with Ms. Ching for twice a week, at one-hour slots each session, his score drastically improved and he scored at 97 percentile!! I have been taking my son here for almost a year now. We had the first few sessions including the first evaluation with Cassi. She summarized the evaluation and came out with the plan right after. We are now with Ms. Olena which is very sweet, she motivates my son to participate and he always came home happy after the session.
