Lately, they've started closing early without notice, which has been incredibly frustrating. It recently took me four days and three trips to the office just to pick up my dog's medication due to inaccurate posted hours or early closures. Today, I arrived for an appointment (confirmed via email 5 days ago) only to find a note on the door stating the office was closed. There was no phone call, no social media post, no email--absolutely no communication about the closure. This lack of professionalism and disregard for clients' time is unacceptable. It has become evident that my pet's best interests are no longer a priority for this practice. Unfortunately, you have not only lost my business but also my trust and the recommendations I once gave so freely.

He came into the exam room with the attitude that I was, and more importantly, my cat was an interruption to his otherwise perfectly ordered day. The half-listened to my concerns about my precious cat and grabbed her roughly, turning her over and twisting her head back and forth like she was nothing more important than a rag he was examining. I pulled her out of his hands and he was genuinely perturbed that I 'interfered' with his examination! Awhile later my dog needed a shot so I took him in - maybe the vet was having a bad day before - maybe I caught him at a bad time - I told myself. My dog didn't even warrant a turn of the vet's head. WTF? Why did this man become a vet? He acted like he doesn't even like pets !!! If you love your pets - stay away. There are better vets in the area.

She was not eating, (3+ days.) unless it was softer things like fruit, and as well as not having her usual energy and jumps. She had lost weight, and didn't smell the best due to her sickness and unable to clean herself, and due to that, the vet barely touched her. We got booked a late appointment, when the vet called us he was very quick with examining her weight and behavior, not a full checkup, despite the price we paid. He never checked her mouth, he provided us medicine in case there was an infection, however, whenever she'd chew, her teeth made a noise. We managed to blend up hay and her other food, and she was so hungry she'd take it. Our rabbit had an overgrown tooth, causing this reaction out of her, and nothing was done about it. Come mothers day, the bunny had passed.

The price was almost MUCH better than any other vet I've been to in the area. Will definitely be switching both dogs to make this our permanent vet.

After a couple minutes, I was worried it wouldn't work out. But, Julie made it happen! Eventually, he was coming to her and he was even licking her face mask. She trimmed all his nails and was careful to not trim too much so his nerve endings weren't touched.
