Drinks and parties 4 days out the week. Loud and obnoxious. You have power outages in this area. Called rolling blackouts. The office staff is friendly though. That's the only plus at this place. People aren't allowed to put trash outside, but they do anyhow cats get into it. And they do not clean that up. Trash all over the place. Prices are kinda high. Especially if you're a temporary evacuee. I didn't like it one bit. If I could rate with no stars I would.
