An appointment was easily scheduled and upon the arrival of the estimator, Curtis explained every step of the process including the task of dealing with my homeowners insurance company. He deployed an impressive drone and quickly surveyed the hail damaged roof on my house and garage. We received a prompt estimate from Foster and accepted the contract after discussing it with my insurance company. I had a few clerical questions and I was really impressed with Laureen in the office. The installation crew worked diligently throughout the horribly hot weather and completed the entire job in just under four days. They paid absolute attention to our yard and driveway with regard to debris and nails. They even used a magnetic device to pick up any missed nails. They were not only warned that using a non-spec'd material would void a "required" 20-year warranty, but they failed to finish and wonder why we spent their remaining funds fixing their junk work. I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of communication, expectation for me to eat costs after agreeing to an increase in price twice (I didn't argue.), this is negatively impacting my income, and I still have no roof installed. I signed a contract for a roof replacement on 3/25. Since then there have been two additional cost increases to the contract due to missing materials, and incorrect measurement of the size of the roof. Multiple specific requests to be notified of when the install date is have gone unanswered. I work from home and will be unable to schedule clients for that date, so need to know in advance. I have been incredibly clear that this is important and I need a specific date. Yesterday I was informed the roof above the front door could not be installed because of the condition under the metal roof. This may void my homeowners insurance for future claims on that section of the roof and is not at all what was agreed on in the contract. They offered to repair the metal roof flashing, and leave the hail damaged metal. Additionally I was told that I would not be receiving a refund on the materials for this portion of the project because the company has had to "eat costs" on my project. Still don't have confirmation on an install date other than "Maybe Monday or Tuesday."

I waited 3 months to write this review to test for any leaks and I'm pleased to tell you there hasn't been one. The men worked hard with no standing around. They cleaned up after themselves daily and the job site was well maintained. I gave 4 stars because the workmen did not speak any English which was very frustrating. Regardless of the communication barriers, we will hire them again for our next project.
