Jorge was great! Starting with being very responsive and communicative. He was able to fit me in quickly and was super friendly and professional. He asked about my preferences for my pup and then explained his recommendation. I went with what he suggested and that was a very wise choice. He seemed very warm and kind to my dog. The last time my dog was groomed I could hear him screaming on my driveway, that wasn't the case this time. The only minor complaint is it is a little expensive, but I'm not sure if it's more or less than the normal rate as this is my first dog that needs to be groomed period let alone on a monthly basis. Wow. Horrible service over all this guy has a nasty attitude when he speaks. I was going to be a first time client. I called a day before and it took him 6 hours to reply to my text stating me super over priced services $85 for a 40lb dog. So I then asked is it the same price if i just give him a bath no cut he replys with a picture of his card. In the car it says $85 for big dogs and small dogs $50 super unprofessional. Then on top of the card says $10 off first timer. I never replied to confirm because of how overpriced. Then in the morning he texted me on my way? So i reply hold up i never confirmed to you. But ill do the little dog since at petsmart i pay 40 anyways and ill be paying 40 with you for first time client. Then he yells at me??!? Saying i cant just make an appointment then cancel then give my own prices. I have to say that I have never wanted to give a bad review, but if anyone deserves one, these guys do. Wow. Ok so first I call to schedule and P.S. big sign is that they never answer the phone. When they called me back they scheduled me in. Literally, the same time they were supposed to come, they cancelled by phone (even though they let me know that they had issues with their car EARLY that day, they didnt bother calling until the hour of my appointment). So on the fly i had to reschedule with them. I was taken a little off guard by them and didn't realize I had other plans that day, so I tried to reschedule. AGAIN no answer. Finally, I get some answer as I am leaving a message, and they said they would contact me in a 1/2 hour. 2 HOURS later no call. Jorge is the best groomers I have ever done business with. I have a rescue dog who does not take well to strangers. Nevertheless, my dog loved Jorge from the minute he met him. After my usual groomer sold her business, I was left to find another groomer to take care of my dog. I hired a different mobile pet groomer and they injured my dog, leaving him with multiple cuts and frightened the rest of the day. I decided to hire Jorge and I will never use another groomer. We have been calling George to groom our mini goldendoodle for some time now. He definitely loves what he does and it shows in the way he treats us (the dog owners), and our dog. He takes his time and patiently grooms our dog who is prone to matting. He goes above and beyond to do what is best for both the owner and the dog. I have been using mobile pet groomers for years and this has been the worst experience I've had. For groomer to want to carry the dog because he said he was going to get dirty that is the first for me. I have learned throughout the years of having animals that they are like children that if they feel you don't have a heart for them they will response in a negative way. My dog is not aggressive at all and this groomer said that he was attacked by him....I wonder why! He also had the nerve to say that where we had him it was all dirty. He arrived at my building the next day for my little guy's appointment and I knew my baby would be in good hands.He doesn't have your traditional van,he has a trailer attached to the back of his Jeep which is better.I had already bathed him so he cut his hair and nails and was finished in about 35 mins.at every other grooming place you have to drop off your dog and pick em up in 3-4 hrs and most of that time is spent inside a kennel.Why put your babies through that shit when you could just call a fantastic groomer to get the job done right outside your home! when Chanchi came out of the trailer he looked like a brand new dog!
