Cuando me lo entregaron, tenía exactamente las mismas lagañas en los ojos y residuos de comida en los bigotes. Literalmente lo devolvieron con la misma suciedad en la carita. ¿Para eso es el servicio de grooming? Lo más grave no fue solo el mal trabajo, sino el trato. Cuando hice el reclamo con respeto, en vez de ofrecer una solución o al menos revisar al perro, me respondieron con actitud grosera y hasta me dijeron que me iban a llamar a la policía. Increíble. Además, una de las empleadas tuvo el descaro de decir que "las lagañas las mantiene el perro porque es viejo". Mi perro no es viejo, tiene 8 años. Y aunque lo fuera, eso no justifica entregar un perro sin limpiarle los ojos ni los bigotes después de un servicio pagado. Lo peor es que esto ya me había pasado hace dos años en el mismo lugar. En ese momento decidí no volver, pero con el tiempo se me olvidó por qué. Hoy lo recordé cuando me lo entregaron exactamente igual que aquella vez. Un grooming no es solo cortar pelo, es cuidado, detalle y trato amable. Aquí no encontré ninguno de los tres. No lo recomiendo

I found this company through Yelp projects, and I was immediately contacted and was provided information on pricing, availability and to essentially set an appointment . Gabriella was the nice young lady that arrived at my complex on time and sent me a few text keeping updated on her ETA prior to arriving. I gave her a bit of information on how I would like my little pup to look and what I was looking for in terms of style. If you have a Yorkie, you know their hair grows super fast! I did ask for her to cut him down as low as possible, keeping his face on the rounded side, she did exactly just that. During the appointment, she texted me a photo of a little scab that was on mu pups ear, to make me aware that was already there and not caused by her. I appreciate it that she took the time to do that, and I had already known about the scab. The appointmentby took about an hour and 15 minutes and when she was done, she alerted me via text. Payment was very simple, as they do accept Zelle. I was very pleased with the outcome, and judging from the look and the action of my pup, I knew he felt comfortable with Gabriella. I'll definitely be contacting them again for future appointment., 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend Dookie's pet grooming.

When we took our boy for his appointment everyone was so respectful and kind. The Doctor explained everything every step of the way and did not rush us through anything. We found the services to be reasonably priced. I recommend this Veterinary clinic for your pet's needs. I can only imagine how great they would be if we would have visited for an ordinary visit.They are wonderful and very knowledgeable of pet resources outside of their scope. They also partner with Pet Angel (for cremation services) who went above and beyond my expectations when we received our pet remains. What do I mean by this? I once mentioned that a dear family member was hesitant about my Miniature Schnauzer. I told her that they were hypo-allergenic but still refused to trust being close to Oliver and this location employee said "get rid of the family member". I'm sure it was a joke, but they wouldn't hesitate in choosing the pet over you. They love animals, therefore, they would treat yours with the most care possible. I've going to I love my Pet now since March of 2010 and they reason for it was a recommendation since I was in need, not liking my prior pet groomer. They have a lot of knowledge and are always there to provide tips in anything they can. They wouldn't sell you something that you don't need, as I've seen many times.
