Finally got round to give Mynt a review. These guys are amazing! Been wanting sail shades installed in our driveway for a long time but didn't know who'd do a good job. After researching and calling around several places. We had several quotes and even some cheaper but we ended up picking Mynt Awnings because of the great reviews and after meeting Malik in person we had a good feeling about it. The shades were nice commercial grade quality and the posts were thick and sturdy. The shades keep our black car much cooler now (used to be like an oven without the shades) and our 2 year old doesn't get into a hot car seat anymore! We recently had some crazy Santa Ana winds and the shade and posts held up nicely. However, there was a small crack in the concrete under one of the post. Not Mynts fault, think it is due to poor surface concrete layer when the driveway cement was poured 2 years ago. Malik and his team came to inspect it and turns out the crack was just on the surface. They ended beefing up the post and fixed the concrete crack issue for me. Now that post is stronger than ever and ain't goin no where! Top notch service from Malik and his team! We called several companies to come out and re-cover our wind damaged awning.
