However, my wife had called to schedule their appointments MONTHS ago, provided the insurance information to confirm they were in network, and set up the appointments. When I brought them to the clinic, I was told the dentist that they were originally scheduled with had left and they were now out of network. That's remarkably frustrating to hear the day of the appointment. They were new patients so it isn't like they were connected to this dentist in any way, we could've easily gone somewhere else. I *assume* the dentist they were scheduled to see didn't quit the morning of their appointment, so an update would've been welcome.

I had a crown down here and it…read morecracked in half right before christmas. the dentist who did that crown is no longer at this practice, but I have to admit i still felt like there should have been some sort of guarantee that the crown would last. I've had another crown for 28 years, it's just a porcelain crown and it's in the front. It never cracked, now i have this zirconia crown that is supposed to be much stronger, but it cracked in half? eating something that wasn't hard? I also have been told i need all my old dental work removed and re-done, quoted over $5k in dental work. I don't understand why a dentist would want to remove everything that is fine the way it is. I constantly deny the work but every year they bring up old silver filling should be removed, they're toxic, etc. all these old filling are larger, so they quoted me having them removed and crowns replacing them. Being nervous and scared my son had some tears but was not making any noise. The dental assistant then stars to belittle him for crying . I told the assistant to " you really should shut up because belittling some one is not really appropriate thing to do . " that all I said to him and he proceeds to walk out. Two min later the head dentist come in and proceeds to tell me how everyone loves him hear. I tell her that's fine it just not really professional to belittle the patient. Over and over again, I received poor service and false information. During my first appointment, it was recommended I get impressions and a dental mouth guard to prevent my teeth from grinding. I went in for impressions early in the morning, and was told the guard would be ready in a few short weeks. I was then contacted saying "The impressions weren't strong enough; we need you to come back and get them again." I understand these things happen, so I told my job I had to miss an hour of work the next day, and got the impressions again. When I left, they told me the bill was $796.00. I asked if this was what was owed before or after insurance. They told me if I paid 50% of the bill, they would contact my insurance and follow up with me to settle the rest. Not only was I never contacted (and I'm assuming neither was my insurance provider), but I was sent multiple letters each month during the holiday season telling me I needed to pay the remaining $398.00. When I went in to ask/settle the balance, they told me I had to pay interest. Keep in mind, they never honored what they told me about my insurance covering the cost, that they would contact my insurance, or that they would follow up with me. I caution anyone from trusting Spring Dental as I did. It was worth it to me to end my services with them just a few months after starting due to their dishonesty.
