The reason I say this is because when I was initially referred to his office, his staff honestly advised me to complete my dental work (braces) first before even considering the Crown Lengthening procedure. If his staff did not care about the final outcome and satisfaction of his patients, I believe that I would have been persuaded into having the procedure done right away. There are a few ways that make his way of practicing unique that I really appreciate. One way is that his staff greeted me by first name, with a genuine smile, and pronounced my name correctly each and every time. I know this took great effort and it made our relationship feel a bit more personal instead of doctor and patient and making me feel like a number. Another way is that Dr. Morales' staff always addressed my concerns and/or made sure to communicate them to him. I never left his office feeling unsure about something he or his staff explained to me despite the many questions/concerns that I had. Lastly, his personality is unique in that he is personable and easy to talk to. This really helped because like many patients, initially, I was anxious about being in his office and not sure of his communication style despite being confident in his work. The process was very streamlined and any changes were communicated well in advance. In addition, he was very flexible with my schedule, very accommodating, and took great pride in his work. I believe that all of the aforementioned things added much value to the service that he provided. Overall, my experience was excellent and I would recommend his services to others. Should the opportunity arise, I would use his services again.

I had another dentist tell me I had a cavity and Dr. Lueck determined that I in fact did not have a cavity but my filling would need to be replaced to cover the gap between my teeth which would avoid breaking the enamel on my second tooth - something that should be avoided if possible. She also took my breathing problems seriously and gave me an excellent referral to an ENT which has changed my quality of life drastically for the better. She even prepared a report for me to give to the ENT so I could go informed and speaking the same "doctor" language with the issues she saw, which likely saved me time and added clarity to the ENT. I've referred other friends to her who have been equally as satisfied. She is not only highly competent and intelligent, but really great at communicating with patients, which at times it can be hard to find a doctor who does both. This is what health care should look like. So grateful to her and her team.

I was told that if I didn't want to do the paperwork until the day of my appointment I'd need to arrive 30 minutes before my scheduled time. My appointment was at 7:30am which is the time the office opens so I'm not sure how that would have all worked out. In the end, doing the required paperwork in advance is for the patient's benefit and it's always nice to know cost up front for anything dental (at least I think so). As for the appointment, I have to say I was genuinely impressed with the office. It's an up-to-date facility in an unassuming office building. I was greeted by a calming waterfall when the elevator doors opened, a friendly receptionist offered me water and the bathroom even had essential oil spray. Oh and there was an aquarium in the waiting room! The equipment used for scans was all very clean and felt state of the art. I saw Dr. Zielinski. I found him to be knowledgeable and straight forward. I will say he talks a lot so if you see him be sure to ask your questions and even ask him to clarify terms if you need to. He was very helpful and answered all my questions and I never felt rushed which is important to me. In the end I don't need work done here but if I did I would feel comfortable moving forward.

I received a call that they are charging my account $50 for a "no show" and that they will no longer provide care to me... Over ONE late appointment! I asked if I'd ever signed a document acknowledging the $50 policy and was told that I hadn't and that the new policy went into effect about a year ago. They are sending a final bill and refuse to provide my medical records to another office until the balance is paid. This doesn't seem legal yet alone I'm shocked that this is how they treat their patients. I'm just at a loss for words and respect for this practice and the new doctors that are running it into the ground. The previous doctor was incredible and so kind. This is so unfortunate. Off to find a new dentist and you should too! Don't get caught off guard like I did.

I've always been nervous/anxious about dental procedures (stems from childhood) but the surgeons and staff at WisNova made me feel confident about this procedure. I went for a consultation with Dr. Tiboris and I was immediately impressed with his expertise (3rd generation and board certified) and care. He has family in dentistry and the way he explained the procedure made him very trustworthy. His staff was super friendly and everyone made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. I felt nervous the day of my procedure but I felt that his staff prepared me well with directions. After my procedure they sent me (and the person you bring to drive you home) they send you back with a care kit with supplies you'll need for post-op. What I really liked was that Dr. Tiboris personally called me after surgery and told me to call him if I had any questions or issues with the surgery site. Insurance/billing questions are answered by Tina- who is so nice and helpful. I also really liked that they enforce strict cleaning standards- mandatory temperature-taking/oral rinses/social distancing/etc. I went for a post-op and have another one soon. It would have been very lovely to have been offered something to drink during this process. I also felt like my facial/peel was very short, and I did not notice much of a difference. Because it was a cold and snowy day, I would have loved if they would have been offered me a blanket right away when I laid down on the table for my service. She did give me one later in the service, when the moisturizing mask was doing its job. Overall, my complaints are pretty minimal - really more details that would have taken the experience to a higher level. After severely breaking my front tooth, my quest began for a new dentist since my dentist of many years retired. I am a high anxiety patient and knowing this would involve major dental work, my fear escalated 10x. I found Advanced by chance (or maybe fate). Upon arriving for my appt (already in tears), I was greeted and treated with such kindness and understanding. Upon meeting Dr. Carini (who I told I didn't like him) I was put at ease (before the nitrous oxide). I would describe him as Dr Caring, Compassionate, Concerned Carini. I can only believe the entire staff at Advanced is the same. They have prizes to win for referrals and a VIP program. How fun is that !! On my last visit 7/25 a co-owner and dentist, Christian Harteu gave me a letter sending me to see yet another specialist, leaving me with loose veneers and no one wants to be responsible for Dr. Mike's work now that he has moved his practice to Florida. The staff that works here is a well oiled machine, constantly kind and courteous, and always are looking out for me and what is best for my teeth. When I tell my friends I go here, and they say to me, "oh I hate going to the dentist". I say: GO HERE!!! You will find your experience to be similar to a afternoon at the SPA!! That's how awesome this business is: as well as the staff. Give them a call, I guarantee you will be glad that you did!! Every 6 mos. I look forward to my appointment.

I was terrified of returning to the dentist for years, but they made it as painless of a process as possible, and I am eternally grateful to their entire team for their help and care. I've had all the treatments (fillings, root canal, a tooth implant, two emergency visits) after previous out-of-state care left me with deferred maintenance. There have been numerous complications, and the charged keep piling up. It's has been life altering for my family member, it has affected his body image. If it was explained to him that it would take a year or more to make adjustments and etc. He said he would have got dentures instead. which would have been less costly. Too embarrassed to tell the exact monies he has spent; I'll just say he could have purchased a new car or truck. If you considering this agency, please make another informed choice.

Cheryl, my hygienist, and Dr. McDonald and Ashley have been the most amazing team over the last year, in particular as I cracked two teeth as a result of extreme stress. They guided me through a very painful process and made sure my mouth feels and looks perfect at the conclusion of the work. The work performed is of high quality (as are the labs that they use - for crowns, implants, mouth guards). They have stayed on top of technology so imaging is easy, painless and comprehensive, including 3D digital models. They show the utmost care to their patients before, during and after procedures. The staff is friendly but still professional. The work above all else is thorough and exceedingly well executed. My husband has also had good experiences over the years (although he has needed less dental work, thankfully!) but as a family, we are beyond pleased. I couldn't recommend this dentist more highly. There are some cases when work is authorized by insurance at a certain expected amount, but the actual charges are different. I have never had an issue with this, as it's clearly explainable (the procedure had to go a different way, or the insurance covered something at a higher percent). The clinic "banks" any overpayment for us, and we use it for any charges we might accrue going forward. They have offered to reimburse us as well, but with a family that goes to the same dental clinic, keeping the overpayment there simplifies things for my purposes and I appreciate that they are willing to do that. Highly recommend the team at Modern Touch!
