My Print Xpress just finished my new run of business cards and WOW!! I don't write positive reviews about just anyone... They took my design and made it PERFECTLY to spec. Not only do they look exactly like I need them to, but they are heavy! They also have a rubbery matte black finish which looks and FEELS incredible!!! I realized that with this thickness and matte finish they are indestructible! I gave one to my one year old son and he immediately covered it in ketchup while eating, then put it into his mouth. It was covered in various food, I decided to test out the durability of the card and washed it with soap and water! LIKE NEW! I give them 2 stars because they are pretty good price wise & pretty much on time when they say it will be done. The product lately has been off. One mailer the sizing was off & I personally cut each card down over the weekend to save $500 on postage when I found off it was 1/4 inch off. The customer service is combative & condescending at best. Just recently I picked up my order and they only gave me 1/4. Went back to get the rest & they couldn't find it. They looked everywhere & when I showed up said they would call me. They never called. Looks like they printed my order then sent an email. Luckily I checked my email while running errands prepping for Thanksgiving. When I arrived to pick up the woman had a massive attitude, rolled her eyes at me when I asked to check it was all there. Proceeded to stare at me with complete annoyance. Never once apologizing for their mistake. This attitude is fairly common. They treat you as if you the costumer is an inconvenience to them. I've been ordering from them for at least 4-5 years & was a big supporter. Always told people they had great turn around, and good price (at that time) though not personable. Always said order online & email them only, don't call. Now they are just outright rude. read more

I called this business to order 5,000 81/2x11 full color, high gloss post cards. The person that answered the phone was inept, incompetent and had no professional sales skills. When I couldn't get any help, I hung up and sent my order to Vista Print. When are the owners of small business ever going to learn that the person answering the phone is the first impression that any customer will have. I am sure that the owner of this business has no idea how much business he is loosing each year because of his receptionist.
