I am an 83 year old who had an old 'hand-me-down" desktop that was just limping along. I read about Matt in a social media account and called him for help. He came out the next day to assess the issues. He was able to get me back online and advised a new computer would be less problematic. I checked Costco and Best Buy and purchased one. Matt came out and set the new one up. He has been very helpful and available to answer any questions I have had. Excellent and quick service. read more

I called & explained that the computer was fine, it was my husband that needed the "repair"! We are both "tech challenged" & I was not able to fix the problems. I wasn't sure he would be interested in the job. He came to our home, sat at the table & got my husband squared away -- all without making him feel small/dumb. Matt is awesome! My son bought a new gaming computer and had a lot of trouble getting it set up. I'm not a computer guy (and made this VERY well known to my son) so I reached out to Matt - not only did he get my son's problems fixed, I gave Matt another laptop to "soup it up" and he did just that - all at a very reasonable price. I have a new friend and trusted computer genius. I had a urgent computer issue that was diagnosed, fixed, and returned between 7 pm dropoff and 10 am the next morning for LESS THAN $200!! That included going through and cleaning up an older computer which runs better than the new one now!!!!! Awesome, affordable, and done before i missed it. read more

I called and Matt was very nice and responsive. However the computer they sold me was terrible. The battery did not work. I was told this was not covered so I had to purchase. I was told it came with MS Office. It lasted for 3 months and I had to purchase to continue. I did. The disk I purchased (permanent for 3 computers), from MS only worked for a few months and the same error message now keeps popping up that I need to renew. I am now looking for another laptop...anybody selling??? I'll trade you, you can have this one. It has a new battery! read more

I was given Matt's name from a friend when I asked who could fix broken Flash-drives. Matt responded immediately and was very helpful from the start to finish. He was able to look at the flash-drive and then recommend another company to look at it. The company he recommended not only recovered ALL the data, but it was ALL useable data. I would go back to Matt if I ever need help recovering data or a broken flash-drive. I highly recommend him to any of my friends and family. read more

The BEST. Matt's business is sensitive to the non-computer user who has problems with any computer software, equipment malfunction, and equipment failure. I had a desktop tower system with repeated Blue Screen episodes. Malware programs didn't repair, and Norton never identified a problem. Matt at Myriad Tek took my system and diagnosed a hard disc failure. Matt and I got a new larger faster SSD to replace the failed memory. Matt installed it and transferred software to the new system, explaining in understandable terms the issues and problems. He also traded out/swapped computer hardware with my system from his inventory of computer components. Results have been great. Time spent and cost of the repair and restoration were better than expected. I highly recommend Myriad Tek for fair and reasonable computer fixes. read more

Contacted them about a computer power issue. They found the issue in the motherboard instead of ordering a new power supply. They were able to fix the problem and save us some money in the process. Couldn't recommend them highly enough! read more

My personal experience: I had a VERY specific issue and unfortunately it was MY fault that the issue even happened with my PC. However they could not fix my problem, and charged me for diagnosing without ANY communication about starting or anything regarding diagnosis (I called later in the day I dropped my PC off, no sort of work was done, I called two days later, no sort of work was done, I showed up the next day and supposedly once talking face to face there was a bunch of diagnosing done, and my problem was NOT able to be fixed) If I knew then what I knew now I would have saved money, time, and sanity. Also very bad timing with when I brought it in, they were swamped so I will give them that. If you want communication, it has to be done in person... just saying. Quite literally show up and talk to the guys, they are VERY nice, got nothing against them, just communication is poor over the phone, or at least between workers (person who picks up phone and person who works on PC)

Matt the owner is extremely knowledgeable about all technical computer issues and resolutions. I just didn't have time to build from scratch a computer that I needed but this company for a great price did exactly what I needed with installing all the peripherals that I purchased and it runs like a charm! I gave him my lap top to look at because it was not connecting to the internet and was constantly doing pop ups on home screen. Through a thorough inspection, he figured out that I had been hacked and had over a thousand viruses.
