Removed the Drives, now the tower is ready for recycling. Provided several options. He set up a laptop, we just happen to have external drive. Jason transfer the data to the new drives. Provide great information and explained how to use the drive. While waiting for the data to transfer, Jason was very respectful, kind, understanding. The external hard drive I've had for 15 became corrupted and started giving me the "Format disc"…read moremessage. I knew that was not a good sign. I took it to several computer repair shops, who all told me they couldn't fix the drive or restore the data. One guy suggested I try a data recovery service. After a quick search on Google, I found 911 Data Recovery. I completed the online form, and Brad called me the next day. I dropped my external drive off a few days later. Needless to say, not only did Brad recover the data I knew I'd lost, he also recovered data I had lost YEARS ago. I am one happy customer. That drive had 15 years of music, videos, photos, and college papers--bachelor's and master's--on it. I hope I never need to use his service again, but if I do, I will be contacting Brad with 911 Data Recovery for sure.

When I first picked up my laptop he had it ripped apart, couldn't find the hard drive and tried to give me a charger that did not belong to me. When I asked him where my charger was, he kept looking on the floor and under piles of what looked like trash. I left angry and he came to my car and said he has to find the hard drive and to come back. When I retuned for the laptop he said I didn't have it with the laptop when I dropped it off, which I did. Then he said what do you want it for, your computer doesn't work. He's unorganized, messy, never there according to displayed hours. You might as well throw your money and computer in the trash if you go here.
