I thought that we had rescheduled for May 4 and learned to find out after many text messages that I sent that I had no appointment on May 4. I had made all the arrangements to get the cars out of the driveway all this stuff off the house to have it pressure washed and my weeds, weeded, and my bushes trimmed When I try to firm up the reservation for tomorrow morning at 7:30 which I have in writing I honestly a guy I could not believe when I got a text back that said I had rescheduled three times which is not true. I rescheduled twice. It's been very overwhelming since my father passed away. I'm not an owner. I'm a renter, but this is my parents house and I will literally not have anyone speak to me the way I was spoken to due to the fact that my father passed away rescheduling twice is not a cardinal sin and then if you didn't want to do it, you shouldn't of agreed to come back. These are very young people and they should learn how to treat people accordingly if you're going to run your own business but buyer beware this can happen to you and there are plenty of other places and I was skeptical anyway because they're not a Pressure Washing company they just have a Pressure Washing Device as a former business owner and a masters in business it's very poor taste to treat people this way, especially when they're going through something, but I will make sure that everyone knows the way you treat your customers. Side note: the people who we bought the house from were elderly and had let the property go for quite some time, so doing all that needs done will be a process. Saturday morning, I was told that his machine had broken down and that he was trying to borrow one from a friend. I understood that unexpected issues happen and appreciated the update. He then confirmed he would come Sunday instead. Sunday came, and he never showed up. I reached out to ask if he was still coming, but I never received a response.What makes this especially frustrating is that I had three other insured companies ready to do the job, some for less money. I turned them down because I believe in honoring my commitments once I've made an agreement. Unfortunately, that same respect was not returned. Because he failed to show up and stopped communicating, I had to explain the situation to my tenants after I had already told them the tree would be removed over the weekend. It made me look unreliable through no fault of my own, and now I'm spending my Monday scrambling during work to find another contractor to do a job that should have been completed days ago. As a business owner myself, I understand that equipment breaks and plans change. What I cannot understand is confirming a second appointment, not showing up, and then completely ignoring your customer. A simple phone call or text would have been enough.If you choose to hire this company, I strongly recommend having a backup plan. My experience was that they did not honor the agreed-upon schedule and stopped communicating entirely.

Days later we met him at the nursery office to see the plan. After we saw it, we told him we wanted to make some changes to the plan (modify the colors, the plants, remove the boulders, see how we might lower the cost), he became rude and told us he had worked a long time on the design plan and if he'd have known he wouldn't have given it that much time and energy. We were shocked he didn't even want to discuss changes. He just kept saying, "if I'd only known." On top of this, he told us it would be months until they could do our landscaping project, and when we asked if it could be sooner, he huffed and became belligerant, telling us that was not possible, and if we went with another company that could do it sooner, that company must not be any good. Seriously! Talk about ego! Does this guy not realize its OUR home and OUR money? He needs an extended course in Customer Service. We just got up and walked out of the office. We are thankful we "saw the light" before we signed any papers with Village Palms.

Cleared the old grass and made sure to not harm the irrigation. Spread a nice layer of the topsoil before putting down the new sod. I am a remote homeowner in The Villages, living 1,200 miles away. I called over a month ago,…read moreexplained my situation, and was told no problem -- booked an appointment for a Tuesday between 2-4pm. At 3:30 no one had shown up and no one called. When I reached out, a woman answered from a personal vehicle with a child in the background and apologized saying they were busy. Rescheduled for Thursday, then pushed to Friday when I would actually be on site. Friday morning I called and texted to confirm. Was told staff was 6 minutes away. They arrived 90 minutes later -- two full-size trucks with trailers. Despite the trailers, they had no stock to perform a simple repair. The job: one frozen sprinkler head needed replacement. Their recommendation: replace all heads and all valves for $2,900. The valves are all working fine. When I questioned it, they said they couldn't do the work for a couple of weeks anyway as they'd need to order parts. I was never told there was a $95 diagnostic fee when I booked. I paid it in cash for 10 minutes of work and a recommendation to replace equipment that doesn't need replacing. As a remote homeowner I depend on honest, reliable contractors. This company failed on both counts.
