I was in NYC for a couple of days and decided to pop into this store on the spur of the moment because it was close to my hotel. I wasn't really expecting much (I didn't expect them to carry my size and didn't think I would have much luck if they did), but I had a terrific experience. Jordan was patient and thorough and careful and kind. She made sure I was comfortable, sized me correctly, and gave me a ton of options to try on. They were all beautiful. She explained the benefits and drawbacks of the different styles in terms of how they would fit me, and I came away with five fabulous bras that gave me a new attitude and a whole new appreciation for my weird-shaped boobs. The selection is amazing and the staff is so friendly and helpful. This visit was the highlight of my trip. I look forward to returning and can't imagine buying bras anywhere else. GO! You will be delighted.

The item I was going to get was not in stock, but I expected that since the person is famous, but she explained they had been working with his people to try and get restocked.
