Yes we had to wait but reservations were recommended by a friend who had told me about this place so we were very grateful to be waited on that busy Sunday- without any-even more grateful after finding out the owner was working alone after being stood up by her help that day so wait we did - it was worth it. Another chock full crammed store; neighborhood lingerie stores are not known for their luxurious atmosphere- you go for the no-nonsense help and the voluminous merch. If you want fancy with questionable experience you go to a department store. But I digress. This was our second stop of the day and Rose- the owner was lovely despite how busy she was and how harried she could have been- I give her a lot of credit for keeping her cool under trying circumstances- she was sweet as could be with my 4 month pregnant daughter starting to feel woozy on our 2nd stop of the day she brought us lots of choices- a few she could bring home right away and two that needed a touch of (included) alterations. Prices were moderate- not inexpensive but not overly high and she got her full attention once she got started. I would definitely recommend this shop for hard to fit women and maternity in a hot minute for selection and top notch fitting. read more

What a wonderful experience! I was properly measured and fitted and I now have bras that fit and flatter me. The women here were so lovely and helpful and I now feel so much better about my posture and my appearance. And I look way better in a T-shirt. II can't wait to throw away all my other ill-fitting bras. They made this woman's life a little better! Thanks! On another note, it is also so great to visit a business that is still professionally run. These women know their business and they care about the products they sell and how they sell them. Best customer service! Rose was so helpful and nice and fit me perfectly. My items needed alterations and she offered to ship them. A week later I happened to be at a doctor nearby and called to ask about the shipment. She asked where I was located and drove over to the doctor and hand delivered the items to me. I've been shopping at this lingerie store for about 15 years but after today's experience I will NEVER go back. I walked in ready to spend some serious cash on new bras. Waited 15 min for a fitting room. Once inside I explained I only want solid black or solid nude bras. The first bra brought to me was purple and 2 cup sizes too small. The second bra brought to me was the exact same one I walked in there wearing, and I had explained it was too Lacey and showed through sheer tee shirts. What a lovely place! I discovered this place by accident, but it's worth the trip. This tiny store is crammed full of bras of every kind, and is manned by Rose and her sweet, elderly mother. They are so nice there -- it's like a woman's haven. They helped me find some good-fitting bras that look amazing, and guided me to putting the bras on right. I had been wearing cheap bras until then (bad idea when you're my size), and the new bras they showed me felt too tight. They added an extender to the back of the bra and told me to use that until I adjusted to the tighter fit. Now when I try using the extender, I can't believe how loose I used to wear my bras! Inspiration altered the bras to fit my body perfectly (for free), and ordered a specific bra I liked in the color I wanted. I got a phone call as soon as the bra came in, and when I came in to pick up the bra, they altered that one too. Great service, great bras! read more

RUDE, NASTY and every word related, the owner and her mother are the rudest people I have come encounter with, I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars in that store and sent many people to them. I purchased 3 bras a few weeks prior and wanted to try on a smaller size instead of taking them in, The owners mother wouldn't let me bc she said I will "stretch out the bra" and completely refused to let me try on, as I was arguing with her, her daughter was just standing there instead of diffusing the situation and apologizing for her RUDE mother. This is not how you run a business and I hope that people read this review and not give people like that your money, they don't deserve it!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! read more

I absolutely love this store. Have been going for many years to get my bra's, sports bra's and special 1 piece undergarments for party dresses. I am always properly fitted and adjustments are made to make everything I buy perfect. I just bought 2 bathing suits which I love.
