They showed up early and removed the trees in about 6 hours. They showed up with multiple equipment trucks and a bucket lift. They did a great job removing the trees. A couple were removed in pieces and one was brought down in its entirety. They dropped the trees what appeared to be effortlessly between buildings although certainly there were calculations through the entire process. The yard was a bit torn up after the process, but the tree removal itself, amazing to watch this company work!

We walked around to check out the damage--I had a very large sweet gum tree branch break off. On its way down, it knocked off a bunch of other large branches, ending up hanging in the notch of the main trunk. Will walked around, pointed out what they would do, step by step, wrote me a detailed estimate, shook my hand again and told me when they would be back. The crew came back late Sunday afternoon (on Father's Day!) to take down the big branch hanging from the main trunk so that it wouldn't fall. They came back on Tuesday afternoon and finished the job. Now, comes the best part! I came home on Tuesday expecting to see a big mess of broken branches, twigs and leaves all over my patio. Instead, I found that the backyard had been cleared of all branches and leaves; they even cleaned off the walkway around the side of the house. It looked better than before!

We had a very large tree that needed to be removed as well as several others that just needed to be…read moretrimmed at two different properties. The quote we received was much lower than we anticipated having to pay. He also did a few things to try to save two of our trees from dying. After all was said and done, the work they did went well above our expectations. He gave us the choice just cutting the tree down and trimming the others or including the cleanup also, which we chose. We were both amazed at how the trees looked after being trimmed and how great the yard looked after they cleaned up. The only issue we experienced was the date of service was pushed back a few times, but that is to be expected with it being a small business and other customers having storm damage needing to be taken care of in a timely manner. BUT the wait is definitely worth it!
