Service was a 30 minute wait time and they had two people working on one person the duration I was there. I can tell no one wanted to service me and I should have walked out but I wanted to see it all play out. When she came to do my pedicure it was rushed and not done right. Decided to try this salon today for the first time based on other reviews. They are very friendly and eager to make you comfortable. I found the chair a little uncomfortable because I like a bit more lower back support. So Tammy got me a small pillow and that fixed me right up. She was so sweet and very gentle, always asking for clarification to be sure I was comfortable and pleased with the manner in which she was doing each step. I appreciated this since I had never been in before and I felt the goal was to make sure I was satisfied. I got the French pedicure. I ended up with the $30 pedi apparently because I had some callouses, I also have a troublesome ingrown toenail and I hadn't been in a couple of months so my toes and feet were definitely in need of beautification. Also the French costs an extra $4. So with a generous tip, it did add up. But I didn't mind. I was there for over an hour in which time I was comfortable (right in front of the TV watching an entertaining Hoda & Kathy Lee show) and I got all kinds of wraps and gels and massages. Since I had the time, I just enjoyed the experience. I would recommend this salon. read more

I have been taking my brother here for several months and I am very impressed. They take excellent care of my brother whom is severely brain damaged. They really takes their time with him, spoil him and he loves every moment. They trim his finger nails, toe nails, trim his eyebrows, and wax parts of his face. For all of that service the price is very reasonable. I am very thankful that I have found Mystic Nails as they take such excellent care of my brother. I highly recommend. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE AT A NAIL SALON EVER!!! I went in to try this place and the lady that did my acrylic nails burned my skin on every one of my nails with the high power grinder. I now have scabs on my cuticles not to mention the pain it caused . Also the nails are unevenly cut and shape some are rounded some corners are pointed . I went back to the salon to complain and show them.. I requested a refund and they refused . Instead they just said sorry she didn't mean to hurt you. Also my pedicure was awful. I had some rhinestones put on big toe and they were uneven and crooked and she did not even put the same amount on each side or in a straight line . She squirted nail glue on top of them so no way I can even remove them without a lot of force. I spent an hour trying to dig out dried glue out of side of my toe. I will Never go back again. If I could give negative stars I would. Don't waste your money or time like I had to. read more

Julie has always listened to me and taken her time. She is more than someone who does my nails, she's one of my dear friends, my sister in my heart. Tammy is also awesome! This is the best nail salon in Friendswood! Tammy is THE BEST when it comes to pedicures! She knows how to massage your feet/legs to relieve all the stress and tension. One time I asked her how she could be so strong when she is so tiny and she said that she does hand exercises...so that you tell you how great she is! The prices are so reasonable too! Deluxe pedicure for $30! I currently live in the DFW area, but anytime I come down here to visit my family, I make sure I stop in and get a pedicure. read more

2 ladies were working on 2 customers. I walked in picked a color and sat with my feet in the pedicure water for over 30 mins until they started on me. By that time the water was cold and I was ready to leave. The only reason I stayed was because my feet were already wet. Poor customer service. Below one star. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I didn't have much time so I kindly asked if I could get my nails and toes done at the same time. So they lied to my face and took people as they walked in and when I asked them when I was going to get my nails done they said " we're busy". If they would have been honest with me and allowed for me to make an accurate decision I would have gotten my nails done Bc they are in terrible shape. Instead I got a terrible pedicured that looks like my kid did it getting polish all over my skin. Will never go back!!!! read more
