I went here 6-7 times always spending over $100. Shellac mani, pedi, shoulder massage, and wax. I made an appointment with "Angie" and came here with a friend. We were treated so rudely it was so bizarre! Angie was 30 minutes late to my appt (they started my pedi without her) and I think she had another customer booked and was so pissed and irritated when I reminded her my appt was for wax, massage, and mani/pedi. She was yanking my hands around, talking in Vietnamese, and rolled her eyes at me when I asked if everything was okay. My friend had "Jackie" paint her nails and there was polish everywhere! When she asked them to take it off her skin, more eye rolls. I left a review on Facebook and Angie called me a liar....??? It was so weird and so unprofessional. I was mortified! Rude AF! read more

Had appointment for 6, wasn't seen until 6:45... nail tech never asked what color etc I wanted, when I told her the shape (stiletto) she got annoyed and said she didn't have tips for that... was VERY unwilling to try. She was very inattentive. Overall result was nothing near what I wanted, nails are crooked and I was charged EXTRA. Would not recommend and will definitely not be back. With so many options, move on to a different place. read more
