The company took 5 hours to get to the car, never contacted me even though there was a note on the car with my contact information, and the car was across the street from my house. Then they lied about the incident stating that they needed a police report as it "was in an accident" and had pictures of skid marks which is a total lie. After 6 hours, I had to get my own tow truck.

We purchased four new tires and had an oil change done for our small SUV. Before going with this shop, we called around 25 different places that were fairly close to our town. This shop came in at the most affordable, not to mention the owner. Justice is very friendly and professional. Located just off Highway 15, it is easy to find, and there is ample room to park anything from a motorcycle to a motorhome on the parking lot. The shop/waiting area is quaint, organized, and comfortable. And surprisingly for this type of business, it is clean! And let's not forget, Justice and his team are dog friendly. We love that we were allowed to bring our well-behaved dog into the shop while waiting. The only negative we can think of was the amount of time/number of requests it took to receive an invoice/receipt. We called and texted requesting it, and it just wasn't happening. I ended up popping by in person to get it. Justice said that there was some issues with their systems but he's working on it.
