I really can't rate them because they have a new policy where they will not come on Hunter Army Airfield for some reason even though I can sponsor them on post. Very disappointing that they won't meet at any location as their ad says. If your RV is on Hunter, Stewart or Lotts Island RV Camp DO NOT call them. He also checked a problem I was having with the air conditioner. I could not have asked for a better job and all of this was done at a fair price. Chris and Amanda were AWESOME. they came out and diagnosed the problem ASAP and Chris was back a few days later to replace all my fifth wheel brake pads. He was so friendly and respectful. The technician, Chris, was great. Knows his stuff. BUT ... They are WAY over-priced. Charged us $500 to install our washer and dryer plus $300 for parts! And I'M the one who dragged them both into the RV! PLUS, they added a $150 charge just to come out and see what we wanted to be done. I nearly spent more on the installation than I did on the appliances! They were so expensive I chose not to have them fix the other items we needed to be completed. The only reason we went ahead with the installation was we were running out of time. When we unboxed the dryer we discovered it was bent. Got a text from them later that said if we wanted Chris to come out and install the replacement dryer, they would do it for $250. NO THANKS! As much as we liked Chris, we won't have them back out. I feel like they took advantage of us. read more

Chris is so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Our RV front levelor was leaking lots of fluid. Chris diagnosed the problem then got under the rig, tightened something and made the leak stop. He then explained to my husband what to do if it happens again. We realize this isn't a long term fix, but we can now continue our trip as planned. He also checked our front window shade, and again we need to order a part. Chris explained how to fix it if we want to order a part and have it shipped to our next stop. Chris has worked at RV dealers and shops, has his certifications and will deal with warranties if need be. Certified RV Mobile is awesome, they're going to change my life by letting me get my trailer serviced and repaired in my driveway. I hate the hassle of having to tow my popup to a dealer. Chris was super helpful and honest, and didn't charge me for the main service (grease single axle bearings) when he found that my existing grease was totally fine. He also dewinterized the water system, and showed me what he was doing. He found a propane leak, and is coming back with a part to replace the leaky line. We called Chris when we were driving through and only had a one night stop over. He made arrangements in his schedule to come over to our campsite and take a look at our issues.
