I didn't have a good experience at this shop. Don't get me wrong. they have really beautiful selections - crystals, books, stones. I was interesting in aura photo but the lady at a cashier was not helpful at all. I did it anyway because that was one of the main thing I wanted to in Sedona. She didn't give me much instruction, just made me sit in front of pc and click the icon once. That's it! Yes it comes with twenty-some pages reports but it is not accurate, I can tell it is all computerized. I wanted to buy some stones too but we overheard other workers complaining about their works in the back area (we went around 6pm and it was slow there) and it was just not pleasant atmosphere so we left. Came here while visiting my parents from out of town. What a cool shop! There are a ton of crystal stores in Sedona but this is the one to go to. Amazing selection of crystals, jewelry, essential oils... they also do aura photos and more. really, really, really great metaphysical shop. i have been to most (but not all) of the metaphysical shops here in sedona. i like different ones for different reasons- but they all had certain things that made them a bit off. one place had an owner that would watch you like a hawk and sort of follow you around the store trying to sell you things. another place had a lot of crystals but it felt like the costco of crystal shops where things were not carefully, hand-selected but were bought in bulk (and the energy of them felt akin to that). and one place had amazing high vibe crystals but the people who worked there were rude, completely focused on making a sale and the energy was not in alignment with the crystals i was seeing there. this place is in alignment. the shop is well organized and has great feng shui energy. the crystals feel amazing. the people in the shop are pleasant, kind and have clear energy in their eyes when they look at you. definitely my favorite crystal shop now :) only downside is it's small- but i still found some amazing stuff that other places did not carry. happy to have happened upon this lovely shop! read more

First of all, this is an authentic metaphysical business. It has amazing crystals and crystal jewelry, super clean and the employees know their inventory. I had a powerful reading with Phaedra. She gained my trust in the first 5 minutes by nailing a couple of things going on in my life that i had given her no information to lead her to those conclusions. I was visiting Sedona with my family and had researched psychic in the area and found the reviews of this one great. I have to tell you this was one of the best readings I have had. I met with Brett and she was right on about everything. SHe had even said my youngest two children were close at the moment and does he babysit her. I didn't think of it at the time as he is in college and doesn't see her that often but that day the two of them were with us and he was outside babysitting her while I was getting my reading. For us New Agers, mystics, spiritual geeks, Reiki Masters, or whatever floats your boat, this place has a ton of things ranging from hard to find pieces, all the way to one of a kind pieces. This place also houses a gem named Rima Thundercloud. This woman is the real deal. If you want a real reading, Rima is no joke. Be prepared to get your socks knocked off. I'm still amazed at the happenings in my life upon returning to Los Angeles. My husband and I were very fortunate to have gone on a tour with Rima to various Spiritual places in Sedona. Recently, I was in Sedona visiting from Montana, and I was there to hike around some of the vortex sites. The friend that I was with, who is from Williams, wanted to stop at the Mystical Bazaar to check out the crystals. She said the shop was one of her favorites, and I was certainly game for any adventures. As we were looking around, gawking at the amazing stones and crystals, I just inquired at the front desk about the potential/availability of receiving a reading. On that night Danielle was doing readings and she just "happened" to have an opening within a 15 min time frame. I like to jump on a universal green light, so heck yeah, I booked a 30 min reading with beautiful Danielle. I really can't put into words how wonderful my experience was with Danielle during my time spent with her. Quite simply, it was mind-blowing! In the past, I have had many readings, and have sought out many varied and supportive messengers to assist me. I expressed to myself prior to going in with Danielle, that this reading was probably going to be my final reading, as I was now ready to start trusting myself and my own inner wisdom. I have been to Mystical Bazaar during two different trips up to Sedona. Both times I have had a reading with Rima. I had never had a reading before this but had always been curious about them. I felt compelled to go but was still wary. I was very careful not to tell anyone in the shop what I wanted to learn from Rima. But in the first 60 seconds of our visit together she had already honed into my needs and blown my mind. In our session, Rima was able to ease my mind regarding several big decisions I was needing to make. I bought a beautiful pendant at this place 2 yrs ago, had all the chakra stones in it, very feminine and spiritual. I got to enjoy it for about six months, all the stones fell out but two! Today I brought it in to get the stones replaced or maybe send to designer to repair (i live in Vegas and don't get to Sedona as often as I'd like). Anything, I just want to wear it again. Sadly, the people behind the counter could give two shits less. Told me take it to the jeweler "but that will be expensive". Really? Like it wasn't expensive to begin with? Then they guy at the counter says, "well your psychy probably didn't need those stones that fell out anymore. From a spiritual perspective". WTF ever, my spiritual side is sad, passed and disappointed! Think twice before you purchase from here, they don't stand behind their product and obviosly, their product is not of quality. I was visiting Sedona with my mom and sister and we were looking for a good psychic reading. After reading reviews on Yelp, we decided to go with Mystical Bazaar and made appointments with Phaedra. As an FYI, it seems that certain psychics work certain days, and you may not be able to request a specific reader. It just so happened that we had wanted to book with Phaedra and she happened to be working during the time that we wanted to schedule a reading. I have had a few readings in the past and Phaedra certainly tops the list. She is very relatable and made me feel at ease before starting the reading. She uses Tarot cards, but it is clear that she could probably do the reading without them just by picking up on your energy. She is incredibly gifted and "got me" immediately. Not only did she point out things that were true for me, but she also gave me helpful tips and recommendations for how to improve (in relationships, career, etc. It was like a therapy session and psychic reading in one, except for it took only one encounter for the "therapist" side of her to completely understand you. Definitely recommend her! My mom had a similarly enlightening experience with her. On another note, my sister had a chakra treatment with Shalini and did not have the best experience. She said she didn't get anything out of the treatment and there was no interpretation or discussion. I'd definitely recommend this place - see Phaedra! read more

I had previously left Mystical Bazaar a less than stellar review although I have been so impressed with the response of both the owner (Masti) and Jewel who I just spoke to for the last twenty minutes that I needed to revise the review. As I said in my previous review the experience that we had in the shop during our visit was lovely! All of their crystals and stones are displayed beautifully and friendly staff members are readily available to answer questions and to help without being pushy at all! I found the selection to be great and the prices to be fair. I know that many of the staff readers have been given great reviews. Unfortunately the reader that we had did not resonate with my friend and I and we were disappointed that we were charged for minute overages without previously approving them. Jewel assured me that this is 100% not the practice of their business and seemed as disappointed as I was that this happened to me. After talking to the owner I do believe that my negative experience was specific to the reader and I do not want this to be a reflection on the business of Mystical Bazaar as a whole. I felt that the ladies more than adequately addressed all of our concerns. The next time that I go to Sedona I will consider stopping by here again and asking for a different reader. I found an amazing selection of supplies, crystals, jewelry, and card decks! Everyone was genuinely helpful, and authentic, truly looking to serve. Products are very high quality, and I was amazed at the selection of polished items, including the jasper - a great variety of sizes and shapes depending on your use. I purchased several stone hearts, incense, an oracle deck, and the 4 oz bottle of their own "Smudging" spray which smells like I am back in Sedona every time I use it. Found this place on Yelp after being in Sedona a couple days. We noticed quite a few places downtown claiming psychic readings. I'm glad we did a little research first. This place had great reviews and more than exceeded our expectations. We had a 40 minute reading and then purchased some crystals. Their selection was great and prices were fair.
